It’s definitely not a bug more like an inconvenience. I have now played around 300 hours on my farm and have invested around 1 million euros into olive groves.
After my first harvest I was very disappointed. My yield was 100k after processing it into olive oil. Meaning i would need to do it 10 times in order to get my money back. It’s a ton of manual labor (no helpers can do anything) so yeah either the yield or the selling price needs to be adjusted…

NE corner is perfect because it's roughly the same distance to shop as "default start area" and is a lot more scenic and easy to take Northern road to western side of the map too

Only problem some have with NE corner is small fields. That's why we decided to have a pig farm up there

I like the accessabillity of NE, you got the highway right next to it, with an on/offramp aswell ( which is why F12 got that nice hill, climbing up from the motorway to the overpass, straight up the embankment 😛

You can combine fields like a madman there too. As you can see from the map picture up there, i made those 8 fields into 3, so it's worth a bit bigger equiptment ( though not really, but it's a good as an excuse as any 😛 )

Oh for sure, but it does take away a bit from the emersion (despite not exploding my PC) if the roads are that empty, Erlengrat and Haut-Beyleron have a much smaller road system with single-lane roads and they feel much more alive because of that, even though the amount of cars is most likely the same

That Kverneland seeder i got on sale....
It definitely costs more than just the asking price (and a quick fixer upper just before spring planting begins), as none of the sheds i had was high enough, i had to get a contractor up here build me a new one. And since the contractor was already up here, i had them put up the bale shed as well.... Bale shed ur right/left, and the new shed for the seeder down left/right.

I might be changing the purpose of those sheds, as the seeder doesn't quite fit, but it'll do for now.

I went with the camera looking straight down to the ground, putting it as high as possible. Then aiming the camera so it was parallel to my greenhouse made it fairly easy

minimap works as well, I tend to just fly over to the store (on NML anyway) in build mode and align my building so it's straight compared to the walls of that area, then I know my building will be perfectly straight when I place it, then everything else just gets based off that first building I put down

I did build the fence as one piece in each direction which helps them stay straight, though a bit of wonkyness wouldn't have been a bad thing on this little homestead where the fence is literally wooden posts with metal wire 😄

Should be set now with sheds, i hope. I got one dedicated for forage ( movers, loading wagon, tedder and rake), one for bale storage, one for land work (seeder, plow, cultivator, roller) and a trailer or two, and then i got the small open one for vehicles, and the two small Hörmann garages (nicely clipped into each other, love that you can do that in basegame now, thank you!) for baleing equiptment, loader tools, seeds and fertilizer storage, and the harvester + headers, and car trailer.
Two silage bunkers, a manure storage, and an extra slurry storage tank.
Then a workshop, and the cow barn, and a chicken house.

I must admit I am a big fan of stacking bales. I think for most people its a boring job but I love it! Telehandlers are the best! Also id say im pretty good at stacking... FS22 Bale physics are much better than previous.

Just a piece of free advice : When using the D14 to make stacks of the conventional bales, be aware that the cut open, and the strap down/loosen strap actions are bound to the same key function..... So this happened
