Yes, the sky was really there. I just know my camera well enough to what point it will still register the slightest amount of data. So that sky isn't Photohopped back in.

If you expert from GE to Blender, mark everything in Edit mode, press M, "Merge by Distance"

So when you export from GE, your mesh will not be one piece anymore. Merge by distance merges vertices that have nearly the exact same translation and merges them into one, creating one big continues mesh instead of many loose ones
