Welcome to Alma, Missouri.
This map is based on the small, beautiful town of Alma in Missouri, USA.
The vast majority of the buildings, residential and commercial, on the main street are modeled after real buildings found in the town, as well as the road signs.

On the map you will find the following:

• Three pre-placed farms: the main one, which is yours from the start, and two that you will first need to buy land to use.
  The main farm with starting vehicles and equipment will have a barn, stables, sheep/goats, a chicken coop, and three fields.
• 42 farmland
• 37 fields, ranging from small to large. 5 fields with a grass mission.
• 1 small forest plot.
• BGA, which will not produce electricity, but will produce methane, which you can collect and sell at the local gas station, where the Methane Sell Point is located.

• ETTR (exposing the histogram as far as possible to the right without blowing out the highlights to pure white when taking the photo.)
• Keeping ISO as low as possible for maximum dynamic range and least shadow noise once raised.
• Raising shadows in post about 70-90% depending on the photo.
• Using a mask to dehaze and underexpose the sky and ground.
• Otherwise mangling the photo with editing in many other ways such as masks, color shifting, etc.

I do this for all my photos. I have so many, many more I do not share here and not even post online.

I've been thinking about your question for a long time and maybe I know the answer. Well there is a mod for fs 22 called "additional game settings" which also available on modhub, so this mod adds some additional game settings, one of them is custom lightning or something like that. I think you noticed that some maps provide custom lightning system, so using this you can choose one of variants, even default maps by giants have this custom lightning. Most of what I said is pointless, but take a look at "some maps provide custom lightning system", this one maybe explain why the game looks better + custom textures i guess.
Edit: It's my opinion and guesses and it might be wrong

When i live in a village for few years i saw a lot of strange, interesting, funny tractors. For example: deutz fahr agrotron with John Deere deere and yellow rims, t-25 tractor with cab from zetor, t-25 with MB logo, once i even saw two black john deere 9r tractors, that only i don't forgot.

This map shows 30 fields that can be ventilated, 3 onion fields, 2 forestry areas, 2 mixed feed production plants for pigs, and real gravel roads.
8 ready-made farms, most of which can be sold, with 1 empty plot for the daily life of the farm, a wholesale purchasing station for the basic needs of the farm. The cooperative has provided 3 different reasons and principles for transporting animals and items.
the auto shop also supplied a fork vantazhuvach for assistance with the vantage trays and other additional speeches
more realistic for local weather events, including tweeters
the availability of free water from a lot of water.
Currently there is a place for pigs to be bathed. There are 2 triggers on the “control panel” in the office. One to remove all the fences in the middle, and another trigger to activate the fans. Feed silos can be stored behind additional strings.

Created a Production Warehouse for Dairy Goods. Made from a Shed and Warehouse props. Difficult with the camera angles, wish I could have fit one more shelf on each side in the back.

This sits directly on the opposite side of the road from the Dairy on Pallegney. Will be producing Bottle Milk, Cheese, Butter and Chocolate to fill 2 warehouses.

This one’s on Console. Not sure if the “Cold Storage” mod is available. I have FS on console and PC. Prefer to sit back and relax.

When it comes to building it. I have a shed pack from Modhub and then installed the Warehouse Props. You have to fidget with the camera angles to get it in properly. Choose your shelf type, turn on snapping and line them up. Ensure that free build mode is on.
