go in the Shader "Lightroom" and scroll down to the bottom and at the Topic Curves adjust Exposure or Gamma depending how you like but i recoment to go where you see buildings some of Nature and the Sky and keep it in a balance between light and contrast to the Sky , if you see still the Clauds its good , if they start to get just white reduce it , you need to try it out a bit whats your correct brightness , because we all use a different Type of Monitor and each Monitor got a different brightness level, so you need to adjust it to your specific Monitor.
