Unfortunately there isn't a true alternative for a lot of these agents, cause parasitic animals don't eat every bad bug yet.
Though something like parasitic wasps are kinda iffy due to their potential effect on other wildlife (something they have in common with chemical agents: uncertain effects on other fauna)

I do know that for some of the major insects like corn borers there are specific wasps that don't survive the cold very well, which is great

in fact the first thing i search in a mod is if it got good sounds, if the mod is good but got stock sounds, i dont even bother

i mitigated that by using the engine sound prefab to match it as close as possible

and the chassis color is black instead of fiat brown

There's a reason i don't do much production vice, and the little i do, is usually modded to my liking. Like the small heating plant on the modhub, i've edited it to burn more, cost less to run, burn straw pellets, and produce absolutely nothing at all, as i use it as a roleplay element to heat my animal pens in the colder parts of the year.
I've also edited a fermenting silo to make a small ammount of digestate
