I think I found what his issue is
The game is set up to launch with DX12 but his graphic card is a old laptop GTX chip (less powerful than a desktop card) and can't do the render correctly
So he needs to go into the game's folder, find the game.xml file, open it with notepad and searching for the line <renderer>D3D_12</renderer>
And simply change it to : <renderer>D3D_11</renderer>
So the game launch with DX11 instead and it should fix the issue
Since I'm currently playing on a laptop with a old Nvidia GTX chip
I can show the difference from my game directly
Here it's with DX12, blurry and low res

it depends on the combine, some will have the feederhouse match the header, some will have plates that slide in place of holes that would appear during the rotation of the header to stop grain loss, but fs doesnt model it right at all
