Engine version 12 is done and is final. Turbo components are complete, shaved roughly 100k tris by remaking that. Controls are in game but need to be programmed. Hiniker Cab v6 is in game as well, major changes had to be done for the cab to look and work correctly. Cab mounts need to be finished along with vent and radio panel. Crenlo cab is still in whitebox but is progressing well. once cab interiors and mounts are done modelling is done.

I think you are a bit confused on why speeds are there. You need lots of torque but you also need engine speed that drives housings and drives so you have to decouple the engine RPM and power usage from the transmission. So you set the engine RPM to max, then bring speed up VIA the transmission and drivetrain. This is why you have CVT and Hydrostatic transmissions in combines first, and why we are seeing them more and more in tractors. instead of stacking 24 gears split across all of the working speeds you can have maximum power at all speeds which can help with tools like a power harrow or other things where you need to vary ground speed without dropping rpm to the tool

Cab outside of mounts is finished. Added steps, all the lights. and the interior. Ended up remaking both of the rear axles as I have advanced in my technique and shaved a good amount of tris off of them and made them look better with more detail. Added in an option for a shorter intake and a longer exhaust stack. Onto the mounts and Crenlo, I want to be done modelling this week.
