Depending on the type of crops you're farming, you can also use planters, and if I remember correctly one of them fertilizes as you plant, so then you only have to fertilize once after

I think I have my time frame all off. I have like, 10h of in /played, but only three months in game. I setup AI to do contracts first, then tend to my fields. I did spend a couple hours clearing tress and hauling the chip. I have them in the train silo and sell in a couple months. I think that's going to make me some money there. but I feel like I should be sleeping more to pass more months.

If you’re trying to make more of just your fields then yeah, sleep till April, July, and October, the best grass harvesting months, I personally would try to make at least 10k a month unless it was winter, and then sleep and work on my own fields the rest of the time, but you’ll go through more in game years faster that way

it wasnt registering a field at first but i went and made a custom field and drove around it, the field is highlighted with a light blue but not white outline like ive seen in all the tutorials online

Has anyone here created/edited a map with Giants Editor? I have played some some custom maps in FS25 and it seems that the NPC drivers on some of the maps I want to play on can't figure out a path down the roads. Do you need to set some kind of pathing on a map when making one?

Hi I have a factory in FS 23 Mobile that turns sheeps wool into fabric but this factory is very slow. I send the fabric to a clothing factory to produce clothes, but the number of clothes I produce in a year doesn't exceed 5-6 boxes. What should I do

Ive set up the system so that the fabric produced in one factory is distributed directly to another. Could this cause a problem?

Sheep wool is the problem. It’s much slower to fabricate than cotton

I only use wool to supplement my cotton harvests, wool alone is pretty inefficient unless you have hundreds of sheep and several factories

well i guess you werent lying i was sure it was the same rate for wool and cotton but it aint ... it is 1440 fabric from wool per month and 7200 from cotton for default spinnery

fertilize is like booster. when car get booster it goes faster meaning more speed when wheat get fertilizer it gets boost of more crop

But anyways, im in the starter farm/location and i saw some cows.... ive managed to get water, but for the life of me i cant figure out how to feed them... i bought bales of the shop (hay and straw) but still not allowing me to feed them. i know im being stupid, but how do i feed them?

You place them in the spot that has bale trigger, it legit looks like 3 bales on a trailer, square bales lol

Depending on the size of your bale and your barn, the bale actually holds more than the barn can handle, so it won’t look like it worked since the bale will still be there and won’t shrink, just walk up to bale and look at the info on it, it’ll tell you how many liters are in the bale, if you have a 150Cm round bale it’s 5,500L you should see that number drop to something else

I'm just figuring out animals myself. I have goats. So, the cheapest barn offers water in itself. no need to refill it. however, grass...it WON'T take bales. Only loose grass. So I bought a forager and dumped it instead. I read the more expensive barns take bales.

It will take bales, that’s all I use on my pasture, walk up to the bale and actually look at how many liters it holds, it physically holds more than the pasture itself, and yes you do have to refill the water….. if you don’t they won’t produce milk nearly as fast

There is no spot for me to fill up water for my sheep barn. Everywhere I've read, if you have a barn it will not need water. also, there is a "pie" and a "paw" icon at my barn. I also read the smallest barn only does loose grass. "pie" will only handle loose grass. I just filled it. "paw" icon is for managing my sheep.
