start a new savegame or load an existing one and make sure its enabled in the next screen
but if you understand the mechanisms of normal/real life farming, the screenshots you posted should really tell you most of what you need. The first field has nothing on it, its not fertilized, its not limed. Both fertilizer and lime adds to the amount of what you get out of a crop when you harvest it.
the next field has canola crop growing on it already, its not fertilized, its not limed, and it needs rolling.

if you press P for the shop, and scroll down to the category YIELD IMPROVEMENTS and fertilizer spreaders, the BREDAL K105 in the middle can spread lime and fertilizer
it will spawn in the shop area, thats a bit away from your farm, and will need to get picked up with a tractor you own, and filled with lime
it kosts 45k, so half of your money
but in general, when starting out, you wont have very good equipment, nor everything you need to get a 100% bonus yield, so you will have to manage your finances and probably skip some parts

for you, right now, saving your money, especially since you ARE going to make mistakes, is probably better

Doesn't seem to be there. A roller adds 2.5% yield, so save your money and don't roll until you are doing well enough.
Also... It looks like your textures are overall messed up, might be corrupt shader cache, might be lack of vram or might be a bug in the game.

rolling is not needed even if game says so; you can get away with just planting and harvesting if you happen to have a seeder that does direct seeding, otherwise you'll need to do some form of tillage, seeding and harvesting, everything else is optional and generally just adds different amount to harvest yield, rolling adds very little. You can check academy and-or-googletube if you wish to have bite sized info on how to play.

All it is, is that we really don't take well to people asking modders to make mods for them.
people have to realise that modders only do it for the love of it and because they have a personal interest in seeing that mod in the game. They don't get anything at all out of making mods, and it can take anywhere from a few hours to upto a year to build some mods

something like witcombe would likely be months, yes, if done by one person as a job, but as modders don't do modding for a living, but as passion projects, they take time. I prefer the quality of passion project over the rush of getting stuff through the door for a payday. I would like to share an idea for a future mobile Farming Simulator.
I think it would be very interesting to go back in time, specifically to around the 1970s. The player would start with old farming equipment and gradually progress through the decades up to the present day.
This system could provide a stronger sense of progression while also showcasing the evolution of agriculture — from simple machinery to the modern technologies we have today. Each era could feature its own unique machines, crops, and gameplay mechanics.
I believe this concept could bring a fresh and engaging experience to players and help refresh the series.

I think you're misunderstanding how PF works, if you do the required steps you'll get both max yield and environment score. Different soil types have different max yields, for example silty clay(?) only has a max yield of 80%, while loam has the full 120% max yield possible.

plowing takes a lot of time, and brings up stones, that might have to be removed with a stone picker, or if small enough rolled over to push them back. It does mean weeds doesnt grow in that season though. So you probably dont have time to plow each field every season when you get a fair few fields

I've attempted to load normal size bales (240cm I think) using the loader in image on a flatbed with a ramp and it flings the tractor/bale loader and bales across the map
