Mods often lack model resolution, mess up materials, fail to animate switches, buttons or digital instruments. Heck, alot don't even do the blinker stalk...

I do not disagree. There's many many more UK-focussed sprayer brands which would be more fitting. However, for wahtever reasoning, they aren't present.

That could be any reason - not always Giants' fault. A deal may not happen for either party's reason, be it the brand simply being uninterested, disagreements about inclusions, etc.

I know from Lamma, a lot of the smaller UK brands just aren't interested in being a part of it. Discussion with McHale, in particular.

Now, I can't talk on behalf of Giants - that's not my job now place to do so, but I can talk from experience.

I'm experiencing a persistent issue with the Strautmann Verti-Mix 1702 SF self-propelled mixer inFarming Simulator 19 on PlayStation 4. The machine no longer loads round hay bales as it previously did.
Here’s a summary of the problem:
• The mixer worked correctly two days ago using store-bought round hay bales.
• Now, it refuses to load any bales — including manually created ones — in both career and multiplayer modes.
• I’ve tested this on a clean install with no mods, using only base game equipment and maps.
• I’ve restarted the game, reset equipment, deleted and redownloaded mods, and even reinstalled the entire game.
• The issue affects both the base game mixer and modded mixers.
I’ve searched forums and YouTube but haven’t found a solution. I suspect this may be a bug or a data corruption issue affecting bale detection.
Does anyone know of fixes for this?

As for daggerwin or farmercop or driver53 - some of their test are quite empiric based on some assumptions and not backed by the actual numbers from the game files. Some tests are quite good and accurate though - yet don't believe everything you see on YT. Test for yourself ! 🙂

well, PF alone has a form of variable yield - through weeds. While on base game weeds grow uniformly on a field affecting each and every sqm, with PF the scattering pattern it introduces make one sqm of field with no weed yield more than its neighbour sqm 🙂

and since it's kinda "required" for best env score to have weeds to kill...

Been playing farm sim for years.

I was on vacation for a couple weeks and then when I came back I fired up farming simulator and can't seem to join multiplayer anymore.

My connection keeps failing when I click "join server" and after a few attempts the server list will finally load but when I go to join a server it times out.

Got several friends in my part of the world all having the same issue for the last couple days.

Anyone else running into this?

No luck. Rebooted my router, opened some ports based on a help article. Still having the same issue. Log is giving the error: Couldn't reach front server for public key.

No other issues on my network for other games, streaming services, etc. Just farm sim.

@hollow basin The connection in the game is implemented as P2P, so if you have any problems with high ping, it is the fault of your or your friend's internet connection.

The only connection to Giants servers is a list of servers.

Yeah, I know it’s a P2P problem, but that’s not something I can fix.
It’s my ISP, and they’re not gonna change anything just for me.
I just want you guys to make the game better — maybe relay the P2P traffic like Steam Relay does.

A lot of other games use Steam Relay and it’s free.
I really don’t get why you guys don’t add something like that, and instead keep pushing your paid servers.
