I think there is a gang war between the AI and the sewer gremlin over who gets the rocks, the gremlin wants the rocks but the AI wont let him have them, so he never picks them uo

No, because the trees need to be yours. A lot of maps allow you to buy patches of forested land, but either way you'll need to own the land that the trees are on. Whether you go with a field or a forested part of a map.

You can create mods from game files, yes. That's how I made my pickup. But yeah, there's things that's supported and things that aren't. So far mobile has never been. Who knows what'll happen in the future.

Ok, so during beet harvesting the priority is to get them out of the ground.

You then use a trailer and tip them in long windrows/piles along the headland of fields, ideally next to a hardstanding

Later, you take the above machine, and a truck and load the pile from the ground into the truck. The truck then takes the beet away for sale

Hence the idea of the Felis

The beet can sit for a few weeks in piles no problem. They are typically not stored in barns

They always go straight from the field to the sell point and are processed into sugar within 24 hours of being tipped there

At least this is how it works in UK/Europe

Later when you want to sell send the Felis and trucks to the heap, load them and sell them

In the old days they would clamp them and cover with straw to keep the frost off. These days they just heap them up and get them gone ASAP

well, the first three handle identically in the growth calendar in use, so variaion. The rest make a nice rotation so that the fields are at use most of the time, and empty for enough in a few betweens so that I have the time to run manure/slurry on them.

Anyone used the Bourgault Seeder+Aircart mod? Apparently the only way to load the Aircart is to use the built-in auger, which is extended by "opening the cover", but whenever I try to do it, there is ZERO control or functionality whatsoever. No way to open the cover, no way to extend anything, it just sits there, useless. Tried everything (including changing the selected equipment and all that stuff) but nope, it just refuses to be of any use

I ended up figuring it out, somehow it didn't work with Big Bud, but it did with a different tractor. Except then it turns out if you try using Courseplay to automate seeding with it, it thinks it has no seed and cancels instantly, meaning you have to do it manually or use a regular seeder with it's own buffer (no aircart)

from what i seen in Courseplay's source code, they seem to patch some modded equipment as a workaround like "AI cant reverse, do something else instead"

its singleplayer and multiplayer type of game, and it may seem hard at first but gets easier as you become used to the gameplay
