I'd recommend horses, it helps fill in time to to ride them every day and when you ride them over a long enough period you can sell them for crazy expense

Definitely like take up a second animal tho, for the passive income additionally because horses are investments

Maybe try taking the mods you downloaded out of the mods folder you made and place them somewhere on your PC for the time being, then delete the folder you made. Then go into the game, go to the ingame modhub, download a mod, and it should make a working mods folder for you

Then theoretically you should be able to place your mods into the new mods folder and it'll work fine

the only solution that comes to mind is cutting your own grass somewhere, and make bale and deliver. Other than that no idea. I read online that snow can affect hay or grass yield, could be your problem. I suggest next time avoid winter month (you can set speed to 0.5)

i am new to the game and i have the cursor problem that it vanishes i did delete the files that in #announcements are said and i launched the game the game didnt have the problem and it was running all fine until i alt tabbed then the cursor vanished again.. any other solutions? I have to launch the game again every time and the launching process takes so freaking long because of the cloud syncing..

So can anyone help? Are there any other solutions?

Oh and something else that i have noticed is that the cursor vanishes and after the shift+f3 notification which shows up when loading in (which is the friends tab)

NPC doesn't always plant same crop, but they do 90% of the time

I field flip all the time

I actually buy up the map as the fields become harvestable each month until december by which point I own the map, and then I sell it all in January to force crop roatation

Its great fun doing it like that cause you never know what they'll plant. Also cultiavte the field before selling it to erase traces of previous crop

Silage is a good money-maker, as it's quite easy to make a lot of it, and it only takes a month or so to ferment

You can make a bunch on contracts if you work it correctly. The big contract that is silage (no tedding) can be used to earn over 100k if done correctly. Borrowing the equipment and using the “swathing” on the mower to reach as far as possible outside the field throwing it back in reach of windrow. Watch exactly how many bales needed to finish contract. Then do not complete the contract but use the equipment to haul remaining bales to biogas plant near the store where you get equipment. Then once all those are delivered you can collect on the contract.

It's already been harvested, your crops in the trailer, stuff on the ground is straw can be picked up with a baler, a forage wagon, or if you're really poor any bucket on any machine with a bucket attachment
