1. [Discord] Adding a guide channel /forums channel that can be uses for community/admin guides for learning to use modern tools, tactics, and loadouts etc.

**2.[Lib] seeing how modern going to be populated we should add a 3rd rto slot for 1-6 rtos. 1-6 rto will be on 2nd plt net and get orders from 1-6 so he can task the 2nd plt so it makes 31 less cluttered with voices while you are in the front line this 1-6 rto IS NOT A platoon leader he is just a rto to relay orders from 1-6 or acting 1-6 /1-1 so on **

3.[Lib] Make one of the 2nd plt squads a weapon squad because what if 1-4 is deep into the ao and they cant pull back to response to BG if 1-4 is unavailable we can send 2nd plt weapon squad if they are to deep into the ao and also unavailable we either can send a line squad or butcher etc

1-7 is next in line to command if 1-6 is down or not slotted, after that it’s 1-4 and then after that it’s 1-1. If Romeo is relaying previous orders and not changing them that’s fine but they cannot make an executive decision. They aren’t classified as command really they are just an RTO
