pretty sure Ogre lead gets the long range. therefor they are going to be giving out orders to the rest of ogres over short. once out of SR range, all Ogres are probably going to be stuck to a strict objective then RTB for more orders

but if they are out of a vic, carrying a crate to a squad, they would have to complete that order then go back to the vic or fob to know what else is needed.

I should have clarified. Ogre Teamlead doesn't have a shortranged radio on the training server
