We don't use tfar animations on Liberation server you might be referring to something you seen in KOG videos. They have a seperate mod list from what we use.

If you read that's entirely clientside so possible i believe

They arent whitelisted simply because they dont need server keys, that IS the whitelisting. Any clientside list can be out of date at any time so how do you maintain it? Is there something specific youre looking for?
