I'm not saying that FTLs should have access to 40mm launchers (although that would be nice), I'm asking for HuntIR rounds specifically. I like to use those things a lot but i find that grenadiers rarely carry them, but if FTLs had access they could just store them in the backpack and give them to grenadiers when needed.

I'd argue it's a riflemans job to bring extra stuff, not the FTLs.

FTLs should be light on their feet so they can move about between their team and if need be the SL.

My FTL kits carry 4 extra 30 round magazines and 2 extra 200 round belts for the minime. Im 76lb without a AT4

correct, it is entirely the grenadier's job to pack the 10~ish HIR rounds for their leadership to use
