Unfortunately no, not with SteelSeries software. There might be a third party plugin or something that's compatible with the headset if you search around the internet, but it won't be officially supported

I was updating the firmware on my Arctis 9 last night using Engine, and during the process it asked me to "reconnect headset".
Since then (even before reconnecting my headset!), the LED light just blinks whitish-purple, and that's it.
That is, if I try to press the ON button, it's just blinking as long as I press it. If I connect to the PC, it's just blinking. It's not identified by Engine or anything else.

They can hear everything that comes over your headset (maybe a mixer problem in windoze)? Or are you in a noisy room (open mic/noise cancellation problem)?

Yes they can ear but I'm not in a noise room

they can ear like videos on youtube and stuff like that

If you're using sonar, you can go to the microphone tab and turn on the noise reduction settings, but software can only do so much for an open mic in a room with other speakers making noise. If your playing videos on youtube on the same machine that you're headset is connected to, route all of the sound over the headset so that your mic isn't having to pick up noise from other speakers.

connect dongle and push connect for 5 seconds (it will blink rapidly)

hold power button on headset 6 seconds, (if it doesnt turn on plug it in idk it just works sometimes) it should blink green rapidly ish after making a noise

if ur using bluetooth idk how to get that one to work

I have an Apex Pro keyboard that for some reason third party apps seem locked out of the lighting controls. It was working fine yesterday with things like Chromatics for FFXIV and Gamersense Essentials on the OLED screen but today both of them are erroring out when I load them. I've tried restarting GG, restarting the PC, reinstalling GG.. nothing seems to get them to sync up. GG itself still has full control though. Anyone have any ideas?

Is there anybody that might have an idea of when the Arctis 1 Wireless for Xbox will be back in stock. I've got a code for a warranty replacement that was issued February 14th, and I cannot get a replacement wireless headset, and my age old wired headset is seriously going to be dead very soon.

Not to mention the code was only good for 60 days, so I'm gonna soon have to ask it be reissued. But it's crazy that the Xbox headsets have not come back in stock in that time, but I see PS headsets are back in stock.

Nothing other than just the basic troubleshooting steps

Checking that GG is up to date (should be on version 17.1 which was pushed out today), restart the PC entirely, reinstall GG with the newest install file from the website

The support website says I can control chatmix THROUGH the wheel (which wheel? cause one is sidetone and from what Ive read its not changeable).

Completely agree. Also, since it's software only, if you switch the outputs away from the headset to use desktop speakers or sum such (i switch back and forth) it will forget where you set it, so you'll always be screwing with the chatmix if you use it.

@shut sleet lol, my playstation gold headset supports chatmix on the headset. I bought this headset specifically because i can use it everywhere (specifically swapping between my playstation and my desktop). I knew it was the playstation specific offering. But, doesn't support the one thing that I hoped it supported on playstation (headset chat mix adjustment). I'm not upset, just would have spent the $200 differently had I researched a bit better. My own fault for assuming that 'p in the name is for PlayStation' means that it supported playstation features, and not reading thoroughly before a major purchase like i usually do 🙂

its meant to connect seamlessly to xbox similar to connecting a controller

cool, let me try sum it up:

I had set up my Arctis 7+ headset in GG/Sonar and got chat mix set up working as expected, GG created SteelSeries Sonar Gaming, Chat and Microphone playback devices and they worked as expected.

At some point when i reconnected my headset and also connected it via cable to my PC to charge, 2 new playback devices were created called "Headphones (Arctis7+)" and "Microphone (Arctis 7+)", and now my headset/microphone is only recognized as these devices, the previously created SteelSeries Sonar devices no longer work and are not selectable options in GG when my headset is connected wirelessly. this also means there is no longer a separate playback device for chat.

i've tried the factory reset on the headphones, uninstalling and reinstalling GG, and uninstalling the drivers for the steel series sonar under "audio input and outputs" in device manager (that didn't work and now i've got double the drivers 🙃 )

it issues seems to be how the PC or GG recognises the device, any suggestions appreciated

then reconnected the headset and when through the GG setup process after reinstalling it

I would disconnect/unplug the headset, uninstall gg , make sure all of those devices are gone from device manager, then restart the system and reinstall

There’s a factory reset button on the headset themselves under the ear cups on the side that doesn’t have the mic. You can try that too

In regards to using my SteelSeries Apex Pro keyboard on my iPad Mini, how can I map, change or do anything with the SteelSeries key to make it not totally useless on iPadOS. Currently a significant majority of pretty critical commands (or shortcuts/hotkeys) are set to use a Fn key. For example Fn H is home, Fn N is notifications, Fn S for Siri and so on. While I can remap these to be activated by a key that isn’t Fn, there’s not really anything I can set it to without losing access to other commands that already use those keys. I can’t separate the left and right alt/control keys to be recognised as two different keys with two different functions, there’s no way to set any keys to Globe or Fn in Engine, so what options am I left with here because I’m flat out stumped and pretty annoyed at the fact that there seems to be zero compatibility options to make this work effectively. Any advice or recommendations are welcome. Appreciate pings to make sure I see your reply

So the first issue is that I very much want to use Text Macros on the Meta Bindings tab, but they don't seem to show up at all as an option when you're attempting to assign hotkeys (I have reinstalled, and brute force created many different text macros, but I can't get them to show up on that layer)

My Arctic 7P+ headset connects and displays charging on the GG hub and I can hear audio but my mic doesn't seem to work. I've made sure all connections are defaulted to the headset but when I got to pair it and it sounds like it finishes it just says to reconnect headset and nothing goes past that. The transmitter firmware updates just fine but the Headset version sits at 0.0.0 I've had a similar issue with my Aerox 3 Wireless where the dongle firmware updates but the mouse firmware does not. I'm trying to configure my microphone settings with sonar but I'm unable too, I have an Arctis 7+ but I have a Blue Snowball as my main microphone, if I configure the microphone on my Arctis 7 it works well but if I try to use it on my Snowball it just won't work unless the app doesn't support it? so, interestingly ... i plugged in to the green jack so my comp sees my headset as "headphones" and as long as I'm tethered to the PC, it runs fine with no crackling or breaks, and i can still run it through the app with Sonar...but now i loose access to the duo channel

so it's not the headset, it's the reciever?... but my Arctis 7 was doing the same thing with the crackling (7 reciever) ...so not sure?

Does anyone know how to actually submit a ticket because I tried but all I could find is FAQs and some chat bot that didn’t even have my problem as an option. I don’t even use the engine really. On the 7, the receiver had an input for my speakers, and it would automatically swap audio input on my PC to the headset when I turned them on, and to speakers when I turned them off. Good evening SS. My Arctis 7P transmitter suddenly won't work with my PS5, then I tried to connect it on my PC and it also didn't work. I tried to do the recovery mode, and it worked and it recognized the transmitter again but it seems like SS Engine overwritten the firmware of my transmitter with Arctis 7 instead of 7p and now, the headset and transmitter won't connect with each other.
