The 7+ has better battery life and uses USB-C for charging + has quick charge. The Pro Wireless has less battery life (10 hours per battery, comes with 2 batteries), but also has Bluetooth connectivity if you want to pair it with your phone

I currently have the Corsair Void Pro and I've only had them for maybe 2 years but lately they barely hold a charge and it's frustrating having to have it plugged in when they're a wireless headset

Yeah I can imagine. I've been using the Arctis 9 wireless for a few months now and my only complaint about it is having to charge it so the dual battery system would be 100% worth it IMO

Yeah, unfortunately the 9 doesn't have quick charge so it takes around 4-5 hours to charge from 0-100. That's why I say if you don't have the money to drop on the Pro Wireless then the 7+ is the next best option because of the longer battery and the quick charge function

I have my old keyboard with a broken volume wheel and cut cable, the warranty is done and it’s been claimed as RMA, so if I were to fix the wire so that I could turn rgb on and mount it on my wall, that wouldn’t get me into any trouble like steelseries app seeing the keyboard serial number as RMA’d and they ban my account? @weak geyser

If you don't think you'll use the bluetooth then personally I would save the money and get teh 7+ but it's ultimately up to you. Audio quality is more or less identical when in wireless mode between the two

The PS5 doesn't have an optical port but the console does support USB headsets so for the PS5 you would just set the base station up like you would for a PC and just set it to PS5 mode

Plug the dongle back into the PC, turn the mouse on while continuing to hold the three buttons together for five seconds until the LEDs start to blink

I'm having issues with my Aerox 3. It works fine most of the time, but sometimes my cursor will stop responding. Not a full stoppage of movement, but it'll feel like it's having issues communicating its movement to the dongle, and it'll go from like, 0.35 sens to feeling like 0.12 sens. It doesn't get jumpy, just laggy.

It's like having cursor deceleration come on in the middle of a movement, just randomly. I checked that deceleration is off, though.
It wasn't like this at the beginning, but I feel like the issue is getting worse with time.

@shell arch I'd just want the steelseries to give up on this headrest design with hinges or fix it by reinforcing speakers cups from inside... My 3rd pair of Arctis Pro (I have the gamedac version) just started cracking again on hinge... I always put them on head by grabbing headrest and they were always on stand, never stood on desk/anywhere but on stand... I kept so good care of them yet they failed me so many times, except in sound... I mean they still work but are cracking and will look bad as others did and imagine how a person who gave 350€ when they came out feels after I thought flagship will finally fix my OCD and audiophile requirements.

I have a Stratus Duo as well and I've never had any issue with any of the games I've tried but like Flare said you can set up a custom controller input map through Steam and every game launched through Steam should obey that map (assuming other games recognize those other inputs on the controller, because if not then you should RMA it)

I've got an Arctis 3 Bluetooth and suddenly the bluetooth has no audio at all. It doesn't even do the three beeps anymore when it's turning on and off. I've tried holding the reset pin for 30 seconds and it's definitely fully charged as it's connecting and staying connected

Hey guys! My sound quality on calls is really grainy/bad and cannot connect to GG Engine (Arctis 9 on Mac). Basically, whenever I am on a call on Discord everyone sounds really, really grainy and sounds disgusting. I have heard that there are different modes for it (game mode, call mode etc.) and I want to change my calls into game mode to hopefully make it sound better. However, when I got the GG Engine to change it, it has not scanned my headphones (although they are fully connected via USB) and my Steelseries keyboard (Apex 5) is being scanned just fine.
Any help is greatly, greatly appreciated as I want this issue to be resolved and be able to play comfortably with my friends while hearing them just fine. Thanks so much, and see you guys later!
