After updating the program, the mouse began to disconnect from the computer. After a while, it stopped working. The white indicator flashes from above, but the mouse does not move.

1. I deleted all Engine 3 files, rebooted my computer and installed a new program.
2. The program sees the mice, but gives an error: "The last update of Sensei [RAW] was not executed. The device will not be usable until the updates are installed."
3. I click "install", an error appears: "An error occurred due to which the new firmware version could not be installed"

What to do? I don't want to part with the mouse 😦

• Hold the Right, Left, CPI Button down, then turn your mouse back on.
• Pairing with the dongle

None of this worked. I'm just at a dead end here, I can't seem to figure out what the problem is. If anyone knows, please let me know as well it would be a great help.

You'll probably have to add Lunar manually as a separate game under the "Game Detection" section of Moments settings. Just click on "Manually add a game" and find wherever the .exe is for the Lunar launcher, select it, then select "open." It should work like that

I don't think that's a preset, so you either gotta do the "ColorShift" base effect with the wave going vertical, or just click and drag to color each row

It means you have the Windows key lock on, you can turn the key lock off with SS Key + Left Windows key

or you can go into the keyboard's settings and turn the icon off, if you want to keep the Windows Key disabled

Hello friends, I've searched around and have not been able to use any workarounds about getting the GG program to work. The UI doesn't open, just stays active in Task Manager. You can't 'install' a macro, but press record macro and enter your preferred keystrokes. Then select the button you want to trigger the macro, and choose the new macro in the menu.

this very same dpi reset has happened to me with Corsair and Logitech ones, cause windows OS sometimes interfere with the hardware config software causing those "bugs".
It is not only steelseries' problem and TBH I think the engine has nth to do with this 😂
Moreover, if your kids/friends or accidentally even you may press the DPI-buttons, you can mess them up very easily 😅

im having an issue with my headphones, its a lot to explain but basically my mic works fine but my audio is so corrupt and extremely quiet. I have went into all sorts of settings and adjusted literally everything I can for volume. Im pretty confident its something with my headset/how its set up. These are the Arctis 3's, any feedback is much appreciated.

1. have you plugged them on the front or rear panel (if you are using them on a desktop); you should prefer the MOBO or dedicated soundcard panel
2. do you have SS engine installed and have you checked your audio settings there and the EQ?
3. do you have any EQ or any other "sound enhancement programm" already running that may be causing this corrupt sound?
4. if none of the above is the issue have you tried restarting the windows 😄 ?

Hi guys I had an issue since I got my headset ( Arctis pro + gamedac). There are 2 audio outputs which are GameDAC Game and GameDAC Chat. Unfortunately it regulary (basically every session) disconnect the GameDAC Game output and I have to either run a batch script or disconnect-reconnect my device. @wispy carbon It is a known issue with that mouse by everone that has bought one.. I have been digging into it and troubleshooting on my own and have found no fix as of yet.. It almost has to be a software/driver issue for that particular mouse.

Can you not press the Windows key on your keyboard and open up the start menu? You've either locked the Windows key, in which case you can just hold down the SteelSeries key and then press the windows key to unlock it. Can you click on the on-screen Windows key with your mouse and have it open? If not you'll need to restart the PC and it'll fix it that way. If you can't press the Windows key on the board or click on it, it's a bug with Wndows from the latest update

set your game audio to arctis game, then everything else to arctis chat, then set windows output to arctis game and when you click mute it will not mute arctis chat

Hi so I have an arctis 3 and for some reason there is static noise coming from the mic. It annoys my friends because they just randomly hear static even when i press the mute button on the headset and you can even hear it when I make a clip with the button still on mute. I don't hear this when I plug my headset into my ps4 controller on my ps4, only when im on my pc. I use the single cord on my ps4 controller and I use the split connection on PC. Open device manager and under audio you should find the Arctis 9 listed. Select it and right click then click uninstall drivers, unplug the device from the PC, shut down the PC, plug the device back in, then turn the PC back on

Try resetting the headset. There's guides online but there should be a little pin hole behind the left or right ear cushion that you can press with a paperclip or something small I think. If you have the manual handy it'll also say how to reset the headset. Also I would completely wipe the SteelSeries software from the PC (like temp cache files and all the stuff that can be found in the Program Files section of the C drive under SteelSeries) in case there's stuff that doesn't fully get removed from an uninstall, then restart the PC, plug the headset in after it's reset, then grab a brand new install file of GG from the SteelSeries website and install the software again

If that doesn't solve the problem then make an official support ticket through #official-support because I'm out of trouble shooting steps

Quick question, I have a keyboard with a F8 key that I’m pretty sure has a burnt out green LED. When the entire keyboard is white the key is pink and when the keyboard is green the key is off. Does this sound like a burnt bulb or a software issue

It's the LED. If it was a software issue chances are it would be a larger section of the board affected or even the whole board effected rather than just one LED. Make a ticket through #official-support and get started on the RMA process

My only advice @tender rapids would be to make sure you've selected the correct audio output at the desktop level & then the correct input/output device in the Discord settings (change them from "default"). It doesn't sound like an issue with the headset itself but instead with your output settings.

Doesn't make a ton of sense to me that the headset would only have an issue outputing audio from the music bot. I think that's usually a bitrate or server region issue. Of course fill out a support ticket with SteelSeries if you think it will help but I'd personally start by contacting Discord support (if you've already double-checked your own settings).

I've been using the Arctis Pro wireless for PC the last month or so without any real issue but I've recently started playing Escape from Tarkov and Rust and I've noticed something annoying happening while playing. In both games there's a lot of ambient sounds when in-game (winds blowing, etc, etc) and whenever there's only this ambient sound and nothing else happening, after 10 or so seconds the sounds disappear completely and is only turned back up again when I move or someone talks on discord or whatever. Does anyone here know if this is something that comes from the headset, like a battery save-mode and is something I can turn off or do you think it's from somewhere else, i.e. a windows setting or whatever?

Also I edited the one on the engine and still no change. keeps cutting out slowly.

Okay now THIS is bugging me, hard. I just bought two stratus wireless controllers so I can play FIFA on my TV through Steam Link on my Samsung TV (which has steam link built in). However I can’t get the controllers to work. They just keep flashing all the LEDs at the same time, intermittently. It seems like the TV detects the controller but not properly. If I take out the dongle the lights start going from left to right. My wired Xbox controller was working just fine.

I just got my Arctis 7 headphones. And either I am too stupid or they are defect, but before I send them back I want to make sure it is not the former 😄
Problem description: I only get sound from the "Chat" channel. The "Game" channel doesn't prdouce any sound only occasional cracking sounds. If I set all the sound sources to Chat (in games, discord etc.) it works... but my understanding is that is only mono.
If I set the game to "Game" channel, I can't hear it.
Any ideas if I am doing something wrong?
