Hey, for a week now I've had some issues using both output devices (game / chat) with my Arctis Pro Wireless. Every time I use these two (so both are enabled and set as the default device) all of my sound stops working. Websites like Youtube don't work either, the video won't load due to the sound problem.
But if I only use the chat device and disable the gaming device (or not set it as the default device), the chat device works perfectly.
This happened for the first time after a Windows update. Any idea how to solve it?

So i was using the steelseries rival 650 for about a year and one of the rubber pads on the side came loose. It was attached with some pretty flimsy glue. Any idea if you can get replacements for them as a second one is half loose already.

I remembered that my mouse is sort of malfunctioning too. When the mouse clicks don't really do what they're supposed to anymore. When i left click, sometimes it's a double click, when i click and drag it doesn't work half of the time etc.

I solved this in the past by resetting it. Any idea if there's another thing i could try?

Hello i have a Problem maby someone can help me. I just downloadet Steelseries moments and when i started Rainbow six siege(steam) my monitor turned black and when it was normel again(ca.10sek) the game crashed. and the steelseries GG Tab was all black i had to restart it. after that i turned the vudeomoments off and the same happend.. than i tryed a other game(Stick Fight The Game) and it worket fine. but why not in rainbow six. pls help. If I were to guess you either updated discord, and your Noise Suppression got turned off, or uhhhh you got a loud fan going

If you want to turn noise suppression back on, join a VC, and there is a section near leaving the call to turn it on.
Another solution quite possibly could be your mic sensitivity was reset, and your friends are hearing breathing, fans from your computer, and some other bg noise.

Hey i have a steelseries apex 7 tkl with brown switches, and for some reason they randomly shut off, then the lights turn on, off, on, off while not registering my keyboard presses. I’ve tried to buy a powered usb hub to combat this problem but nothing really changed. Any ideas to what the problem might be? Also heres a vid of what i was talking about

the only temporary fix is to turn off the powered usb hub and turn it back on. This has been happening since december and I still have no clue on why its happening

Hey everyone.
I'm facing an issue with my SteelSeries Acrtis 5. The problem is, that none of my sound settings (from inside SS/GG) are applies/considered. SS-Support told me that this is a known issue caused by some VPN software with the DTS sound driver. Their "workaround" is no... not have VPN software installed. That's (obviously) a no-go, so I wanted to ask if any of you has some idea/info about this. I'm using OpenVPN and Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.

So when ever im using discord my headset cuts out the discord audio for between 1-5 seconds at a time! Dongle doesnt show losing connection battery is full! Im trying to use steelseries moments to record Geometry Dash but it will only say its capturing the game for around 5 seconds and then say "ready to capture". In the 5 seconds that it captures the clip button won't work. I have tried all different types of capture methods and none of them have worked.

When I tried to assign the executable of Ironsight by Wiple to a profile, the keyboard started a nonstop switch profile to profile as it copied the profile I was assigning it to the one below, keeping the same name for all of them (in the on board section). Luckily it wasn't the first profile and I managed to activated that first profile without assignment to any program to stop it and then remove the assignment from that second and restore the other ones.

It hasn't happened with other attempts at assigning a profile to a game. It's not worked to get the keyboard to automatically change profile, but that can be something I've done wrong or don't know, as perhaps that's not to work with on board profiles section. I'll be looking into that later.

Hey Dev's! Was the VPN compatibility issue addressed with GG? Specifically in regard to Audio Profiles.
I had an issue with the Engine not saving profiles and was told to not have a VPN installed in order for it to work properly.

Anyways, my new Rival 650 Wireless mouse won't double click open a program, a folder, an object in RTS game, etc. So simply the mouse left button won't do a double left click. Not sure if there was kind of update, I have been through Window's mouse settings. Has anybody else had this problem with your mouse not being able to double click, without an obvious answer?

I installed a new motherboard and cpu yesterday and now my Arctis 7 has developed a fun problem. The wireless dongle keeps disconnecting while playing games. I've gone through all the troubleshooting, re-installed drivers and did the firmware reset on the headset and it still does this.

on the arctis 5 you can rotate the heaphone parts that stay on your ear, so the right one is not as smooth than the right one and tends to do a scratching noise

Hey Dev's! Was the VPN compatibility issue addressed with GG? Specifically in regard to Audio Profiles.
I had an issue with the Engine not saving profiles and was told to not have a VPN installed in order for it to work properly.

I am trying to use my configurations on my mouse using the Steel Series Engine but it does not seem to sync up my mouse and I don't know why. Am I doing something wrong here?

So my mouse is the Rival 3 wireless and the configuration just do not sync up. For example: when I want to change they color if the scroll wheel lights, the lights do not change even after have live preview on or hitting save and picking the configuration.

Thank you. Because I’ve read somewhere the best is to charge when not in used, but yes need to turned on before charging. Might be only for the first time. Thanks btw!

Hey Guys, how can I fix the "Not Connected" problem? I bought an Arctis 5 headset and the engine only says "Not Connected"... it only goes away when I pull out the USB stick and put it back in... 😅

Hey, was wondering if anyone else experienced this issue. I own the Arctis Pro Wireless + DAC and after a firmware update a month or two ago they stopped working correctly. The steelseries engine no longer does anything and I can only control them via the DAC. I've since re-installed Windows and it hasn't fixed itself

Also another weird issue is if I even touch the DAC I can lose all audio

Have you checked the mic settings in Windows control panel? Are you on a laptop or do you use a dedicated audio card?
