I try it again right now, let´s see if its "fixed", oh yeah i forgot to tell, the Prism Cloth RGB is reseting evertime i turn off/on my PC but if i start the engine the RGB is getting its color again

Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone could weigh in or provide some support for an issue I am experiencing. I run a 2 pc setup, a goxlr connected to my gaming pc, and an an external mic. I purchased the astro a50’s and two arctis pro wireless headsets to compare audio. The astros work great and very loud- rich sounding. Both arctis pro wireless headsets sound extremely lower than they should comparatively speaking, i have turned off the volume limiter, have verified the correct setup/wiring, and have tried adding dolby/dts software. Has anyone experienced the difference in volume?

I have had a set of Artic 5s and my chatmix dial was chewed by my cat. I just replaced it and now my headset is messing up. I recently (today) uninstalled and reinstalled the software. The lights aren't responding to changes made and aren't even syncing.

I've had no issues before this point, and 2 hours ago I was using the mouse perfectly fine. I went out for a bit, and when I got back I turned on my PC and my Rival 700 was disconnected from my PC. When I plugged it back in, assuming the cable fell out, my DPI was way higher than it should be.

My DPI switch no longer changes the DPI, but the button is still working as it still responds to being pressed. Changing the DPI in engine doesn't change anything, however changing stuff like Angle Snapping works perfectly fine.

Turn down the in-game volume. 30-35% is usually good. Moments uses the system volume level for recording and doesn't have a way to set independent recording levels yet so for now that's the only fix

Hello everyone. I have an issue with my MSI laptop keyboard. I took the laptop in service for a screen issue and when I got it back I noticed the following keyboard problem: I set one of the default lighting patterns and it works, however, whenever I actually click a key it resets the keyboard lighting by disabling the lighting pattern chosen by me and keeping 15-16 keys lighted orange. I tried reinstalling the driver, resetting the pattern, choosing another pattern, etc.. For each attempt the keyboard lights up as instructed, but whenever I actually click on a key it goes back to most of them disabled. Hope I was clear in the description and I would be grateful if anyone has a clue about the issue?

@warm onyx If you don't want to use Moments at all then you can disable capture for everything, but if there are some games that you clip with Moments you can turn off clipping just for Destiny by going to settings -> Game Detection -> Destiny -> Then click where it says "Auto" and select "Disable Capture"

because the apw lets you adjust how much game audio vs chat audio you're hearing

#

so you set discord output to chat, and warzone to game, for example. Then you can adjust how much discord versus warzone you hear at any time

if you want them to be the same, just set them both to game audio and turn game audio all the way up

Game and sound are different because in game, you want footsteps and other features to make it immersive, and chat is for voices, having it in-between keeps the audio levels equal, and evening out both gameplay and voices in the background.

Hello there. I recently picked up a pair of Arctis 7x. I have never had a premium headset before and previous to this i had a pair of £20 turtle beaches. Immediately when joining a group with my friends they all commented on how i sounded worse! I love my headset for the sound and comfort so far but I cant believe they would sound worse than a £20 pair. I assume there are some settings I have incorrectly adjusted. I would welcome any tips or advice on how to get the best microphone quality

Okay, so I just recently bought myself an Arctis Pro, the former headset I was using was an Arctis 7. Everything about the headset is awesome, but I have this really obnoxious and constant white noise.
I remember this being a thing on the Arctis 7 as well, if you turned the volume on the headset itself to max and then the volume on your pc to low.
My hypothesis is that problem on the Arctis Pro is caused by the volume knob being digital, because of it it doesn't let you change the actual volume. I came to this conclusion as when I turned on Volume Limiter the amount of white noise was reduced drastically. I've seen a lot of people complain about this issue online, surely this should be something that is fixable with a software update by implementing an even stronger "Volume Limiter". Does anyone know the best way to reach out to suggest this? I get the feeling that using the Give Feedback button in Steelseries Engine will probably just have it drown out amongst other suggestions.

Hello everyone! After the lastest windows update i dont have any sound on my Arctis Pro anymore. I have tried everything from doing a reset, paired again, checked settings in windows and re installed my audio drivers. I have no idea what to do, anyone else with this issue? It seems like windows cant find my usb connection or something. I can see the headset and the microphone but cant ''test'' it or anything.

I have noticed since like a month or so that, after a Windows update (or so I think), Steelseries Engine makes the mouse stutter whenever it's switching mouse profiles. This didn't happen before. I tried reverting back Engine to an older version but the problem persist which means that something changed in Windows for sure. I have tried disabling every software that I have running in background just in case that some of them got updated and messes with Engine but no luck. The only way to get rid of the stutter it's closing Engine itself. I didn't install anything special to make this happens. Setting the poll rate to 1000 rather than 500 or 250 makes the stutter shorter in time but still there (I always had it at 1000 without issues before). I have also tried doing a clean install and such but no luck. Anyone knows what could be causing it? Anyone has it too? I have a high end machine, i7, 16GB RAM, 2080Ti, etc...

Hey man, it is bug that appeared approximately 3 weeks ago. Current user found workaround is to uninstall gg/engine, reinstall and do not install blue ribbon additional package. With that, You can pick headphones settings

Hi I'm new here so I don't know if this is the right channel to ask on but I got a driver update today for SteelSeries GG and for some reason my msi aurora strip shut down and hasn't come back despite me restarting my laptop, attempting to turn it on or off in the steelseries engine, or updating my drivers. If anybody has any ideas on how to fix this they'd be greatly appreciated! or if this is the wrong place to ask, if somebody could direct me to the right place that'd also be great
