There's some kind of back end issue with their warehouse right now that's causing orders to not get updated. In addition to that a lot of shipping companies are delaying or rescheduling shipments to get COVID vaccines out to people faster. If your order doesn't arrive within like 2 weeks at least then I'd make a ticket through #official-support and ask about it

as for your lighting effect issue I believe that it is because there is a certain amount of color shifts/breathe profiles that the device can save but that is a pure guess

So my ticket was raised one the first, then replacement should’ve been sent the 5th, then it was stuck in processing until I got very salty with them and yesterday apparently it’s now shipped and my refund should be en route

My Arctis Pro Wireless won't pair anymore since the PS5 firmware update today, tried on multiple devices..
Guess I'll just go back to the store and send it for "repair" cause Steelseries will take like 2 weeks to respond to a ticket so thats not worth waiting for...
And "repair" as in I wait 3 weeks and get a new one because they cant fix it, happend before because I had to send the Wireless Pro for repair before...
250 euros of sound drivers, 50 euro's for the metal, 25 euro's for the cables and dumb transceiver, 25 euros for the rest of the headset. For a total of 350 euros of garbage that sounds good...

Had to send the first ones I got back after a week, because out-of-the-box one of the ear cups was almost falling off , that's how cheap the plastic is on them. And now theses one are also not working anymore after just 4 months. I've also been talking with support nonstop since I got these with a range of other issues I got...

When Bluetooth is connected, any audio coming from the bluetooth device is not static Yet the regular device is still static

Okay about the issue on the Arctis Pro Wireless with the constantly adjusting Bluetooth volume, there is a fix for it, but with a trade-off. If I go to Bluetooth settings, and tap the gear next to Arctis Pro Wireless, I can disable the setting called "Media Volume Sync". That said, disabling that also means that while away from the transmitter, you lose the ability to control the media volume on the phone using the headset. Not a big deal, but important to know.

So, as was in my previous message before bot deleted my message because "bad word Ree" we've all made mistakes when it comes to emails and texts, and sent them before they're finished. I understand the frustration with customer support delays as I've had terrible problems with support for other companies and been on the side of bad support (I'm useless in retail don't hire me) but a couple of things to note; 1) the staff are in the server and can read your messages, if you're absolutely blasting someone because you don't like their reply and response and belittling for making a mistake; remember that support agent maybe in here, so yes. Make your grievances known, in a polite way as blasting them is gonna do nothing for them, and more than likely stress that agent out. 2) this channel is for user to user support, although staff can read this chat it's their discretion as to whether or not to message you asking your ticket number. 3) if you see a staff asking for a ticket number and it's not you, don't dm them. Let them approach you.
You gotta remember there's people behind these emails, screens and messages. Yes they're buried under tickets, yes it can be frustrating when you feel like you're being ignored, but believe me. Youre likely not being ignored. But don't cause them any more stress, and frustration than they already have on. All you're going to do, is make it harder for them to do their job, and you to get the outcome you want. I hope you get the outcomes you guys want and need, but don't be a douche to support. This is just of a gentle reminder. 😅

Have you try to uninstall the engine and all drivers. And reinstall the engine but a older version. Like 3.13.4 and try to connect and update your apw again. No…. Uninstall the engine. Reinstall the older version. Try to connect your pro wireless again and see if it can update. If it does? Then install the new engine. I don’t know if it works for you. But it works for me. So maybe you can also give it a try.

Youre occasionally going to get a dodgy product these things happen, but you can go to the support staff and get it sorted with either a refund, or replacement OR you have a broken product and lost money.

I've had no issues with my products but that's my experience, the problem is. You won't hear any feedback unless something goes wrong with the product, if you're that upset and frustrated over it. Talk to support and get it sorted.

I turn it on via engine 3, so if i turn it off on engine 3 it disables the entire thing for all devices
i dont think theres any other way you can turn it on without using engine 3

You don't need the optical for the PC or ps5 just the USB, and I will admit, I don't think you can switch without unplugging anything but I'll try it tomorrow after work.
Yea, the USB can only plugged into one thing of course. Unfortunately there is just the one port that, but there are many i/o options on the DAC

No headset, got mine locally but having a huge problem with my direct order for my mouse and mat. Ordered Monday the 15th w/ 4 day shipping. Still sitting in "preparing shipment" status though everything was in stock. They made sure to get my money though. Created a support ticket, no response. I've done live chat and he escalated it, which did no good. The day after they post a notice about orders taking 3 days to process, well its been 4. Found vague info in the forums about orders placed (US) before 5pm CST are shipped that day. Also found another post saying they are aware of an issue with orders staying in prep status but be assured that those orders are fulfilled and shipped even though there is no tracking info.

Hey all, just recently bought the Arctis Pro + GameDac and i'm having a few interesting issues with it that i was wondering if any of y'all might have an answer for.
So i love this headset, but out of the box i could not for the life of me get the chatmix to work. Like the dac does everything i want it to do EXCEPT two channel audio
I've talked to SS support about it already and am still working with them, but i was wondering, is there any way the chatmix function just won't work with my hardware?

Uhh hi there I ordered a steel apex pro tkl on the 5th of march when it came back in stock. It was supposed to come on 9-10th of march by UPS standard delivery. To upgrade the Arctis 7 you have to have both the dongle and the headset itself connected to USB ports on your computer. You can use the included microUSB charging cable for this.
If you already have both plugged in then you might have another issue. Please file a support ticket in that case.

Dude I didn’t even request a refund. I just started a ticket asking where my stuff was. No reply, the ticket is still open, and my orders dashboard still says “preparing for shipment.” Yet last night PayPal emailed and said I got a refund from them. I don’t get it. I can still order another black arctis 7P but at this point I have no idea whether my headset is cancelled, on the way, or at my door as I type this. What a mess.

i only have the 3 right now till the 7X might come in the next few months. when i plug in, the LED button on the power button flashes red. it's a weird choice because it also does that when the battery level is critical. maybe it's similar for the 7P?

Define hot lol. Like actually hot when you touch your finger to it or just a bit warm? The RGB controller on my Prism XL gets warm after extended periods of time, but it definitely doesn't ever get hot to the touch

Does anyone else here have issues with their Arctis Pro Wireless? Even tho the battery is full, as soon as it it loses a little bit it disconnects... It's super annoying as I have to take the battery out and in again, because otherwise it won't turn on again. It always happens after a max of 30min...
Update: happens with both batteries, even if they are shown to be full. I have to remove the battery and add it again in order to turn it on aigan.

My headset won't start at all, after leaving it without a battery, it works all of the sudden. After it works, I cannot power off the headset. If I'll remove the battery, it won't start anymore. It's like the power on/off isn't responding. I tried reinstalling drivers and everything else. Dosen't work.

I didn't had this issues before they just started to occur.. I also paired them again. And I can deffo say, the Battery is NOT lose..
Honestly there could be underlying problems to these things anything can happen when something isn’t calibrated or done properly

Question about Arctis Pro Wired + DAC --- occasionally when switching aps or switching channels in discord, the DAC will enter a cycle of connecting and disconnecting every few seconds and rarely fixes itself. I have to disconnect and reconnect its power to stop the cycle and fix it. I am also using the RAM and Discord plugins. Any recommendations?

I have Arctic Pro Wireless w/DAC and wondering if anyone else is having to reconnect the DAC constantly to fix the display? Sometimes the display is out of sync by a few lines, like some lines that are supposed to be at the top are showing at the bottom, sometimes the screen is just dark (I have screensaver set to dim the display). This happens pretty much every day when I come back to the PC after it being on over night or something. PC is set to never go to sleep, just turn off the monitor.

With Apex Wireless Pro DAC before the update I was able to select what to show when clicking the wheel on my headset, so I could only show the chat mix and not the eq preset or input as well. Now I can't even find where to change that setting, in GG or on the OLED. Has it been removed?

How about the chat mix? Did you make sure it's at 50-50 or try to turn the game up to see if that helps.
This is really bothering me. I'm sure I was able to choose what to display when I click the wheel before, but now I can't find it anywhere. If that feature was removed, I don't understand the decision making at Steel Series, makes no sense at all. Why would I want to cycle through my inputs and the EQ setting, every time I just want to change the chat mix?

Still having an issue with having to reconnect the DAC every day to get the OLED screen to work right. It's either out of sync or turned off most of the time after being left alone for a while. I connect with USB directly to the motherboard.
hey, any idea where profiles for hardware are stored? GG won't start up (SteelSeries Engine process keeps opening and closing while the GG process is idle/doing nothing) so I'd like to uninstall and reinstall it, but I don't want to lose all of my macros, RGB profiles, etc for my Rival 600

Hi all. just picked up the arctis 9x's and was trying to use them to connect to the iOS xbox companion app (so I can join the xbox party chat and still hear proximity game chat on warzone) and for some reason after a few minutes it just cuts out where I can't hear anyone in the party but I can see they are talking, and I think they can also hear me while game audio still comes in fine.. any solutions or thoughts?

Is there any outlook for when the arctis series will instate better ear piece connectors? I have bought 2 arctis 7s and both (after never dropping) have broken at the connection point of the headband and the ear piece

I've already tried re-installing both the SSE and Driver. I still have to re-plug my headset everytime to make it shows connected in SSE. It works properly with mic working, rgb working and the chat mix dial's light is normal too, i just can't adjust the headset's settings through SSE because it keeps showing not connected.

I have this issue where my steelseries A7 just randomly cuts out the discord sound, i can still hear the games im playing, but i have to go into discord audio settings and click on output and choose steelseries everytime for the sound to come back? And it happens like after a couple of seconds to a couple of mins, totally random, i have even tried reinstalling my whole pc, deleting the steelseries engine and reinstalling it, but still not working

According to the Steelseries website it sounds like the Windows Sonic surround sound on the Artcis 3 would function, while you would lose the DTS Headphone: X v2.0 surround sound on the Artcis 5 entirely when using the adapter.

I'm using the 5s with the 3.5mm adapter right now on my laptop since I'm away from my desktop and they still sound great + I can turn on Windows Sonic if I really wanted surround sound
Although I generally just use the regular stereo profile when I'm using the adapter because I don't really like Windows Sonic too much. The DTS surround through SSE is a lot better IMO

the headset uses an older bluetooth profile that's compatible with lots of systems, but is limited in bandwidth

Why does Apex Pro take up two USB ports and I need one for keyboard and one for mouse?
one of the USB plugs is a pass-through to the USB port on the back of the keyboard. If you don't plan to use that plug then you don't need to plug it in.
It's on version 0.18.0 currently and it will stay in beta for as long as it takes for the devs to work out all the major bugs and add most of the features they're looking to add like better compatibility and more editing tools

Turn on your headset, if it is not on already
Push in the volume wheel on your headset until you feel it click, and hold it in for 6+ seconds. The headset will beep twice to say it is in pairing mode, and the white LED on the headset will blink faster. Once both the transmitter and headset are in pairing mode, they should locate each other and pair correctly.```

Im using it on the ps5 but have been unable to get discord to work on my android phone over Bluetooth
I can connect to my phone ok and when i go on the test mic menu within the discord options i see the green bar move and all seems well, but whenever i join a voice chat my mic dosent work
It kicks innthe odd time and people hear the odd word otherwise its like its not even detecting my voice, ibe emailed support back and forth but its taking a long time to get any advice or feedback
have you tried messing with the audio settings in discord, like automatic mic gain? they may be messing with the mic sensitivity/input

Hey, is there any way to match the Apex 7 TKL colours and the Sensei Ten colours so that they change at the same time?

I have such a problem, I bought apex 7 tkl and it appears on the monitor that moments conter strike globl ovensive and someone knows how to turn it off
Anyone know why my arctis 7 transmitter has stopped working? booted up my PC today and the light wont come on and it also wont connect to my headset. have tried using different USB ports and rebooting, have also tried reinstalling steelseries engine but nothing has seemed to work. the website says it could take 3 days to get a response from steel series so i decided to come here to see if anyone had any ideas. any help is very appreciated!

Try emailing Robert directly as the tickets are a lot harder to solve than someone who specializes in the orders and if they get cancelled or whatnot (and I assume they’d take ownership as they cancelled themselves)

I have the actris pro wireless i just updated the firmware it supports ps5 now... But it said i need to pair... pairing wont work... it fails.
But i do have the ps5 symbol on my transmitter now.
Can i leave it like it is or do i need todo something to fix the pairing?
Hello. I bought my arctis 1 wired on amazon, and so I need to buy the 3.5 splitter for pc because it isn't included. But there are 2 different audio 3.5 pins format, which one is used on the headset? OMTP or CTIA?

I just bought a Rival 3 Wireless. I cannot hold Keyboard buttons when assigned to the side buttons. I can do so on my Rival 110. How to correct this?
what do you mean, the keyboard buttons wont work when they're assigned to the mouse buttons?

Like if I hold the button down on the mouse, it simply presses the button once and releases it instead of holding it down while I hold it.
