Is there a way to send in my arctis 7 headphones in for repair? The charging port has come loose from my son trying to jam the cable in. I tried to open it up and repair it but I couldn’t get to it, and I didn’t want to break them. They still work great... well worked.. but now that the battery is completely dead I can’t recharge them.

Hmm that doesn't sound good. I'd suggest using official support. As it could be a problem with the device if you tried different ports.

Is there any way to access the BIOS with my SteelSeries Apex 7? everytime I turn on my PC, the keyboard turns on right after the 'Press F11 for Setup, or Delete to select boot device". By the time I hit either one of the keys after the keyboard turns on, my PC is booting into Windows, I thought it could've been a problem that my motherboard wasn't sending power to the USB Ports on the rear and front until after the POST screen and when Windows starts booting, but apparently it has something to do with my Apex 7 since i tested it on my other keyboard and I was able to access the BIOS with no delay, Are all SteelSeries Apexes like this or am I just the only one?

Hey, I have problems with my apex pro tkl. The letter m is out of sync. When I put it on blue it’s a really dimmed blue, on white it appears a lime yellow and on purple it’s a pink color. If anyone has a solution for this please inform me.

I just reset my PC to factory settings, reinstalled the steelseries engine 3 but it said that the keyboard was not connected

#

Following a video, I uninstalled the keyboard using the Device Manager, restarted my PC, still not connected

#

Then I uninstalled and reinstalled steelseries engine 3, and now upon reinstallation, no steelseries keyboard is being detected

#

Info: I've got a laptop, it's an MSI GS63VR Stealth Pro, the steelseries keyboard is on the laptop itself

i let my bro use my Rival 3 for some time, tested out the colors, clicks, everything. he changed the colors, did some stuff bla bla bla. everything was normal, except for the default setting. I connect it to my Xbox to play something mouse compatible and well, the lights. there's no wave, none of that. it doesnt change, no movement in the lights. we plug it into the pc again and it seems to be working just fine. soes anyone know what i should do? it doesn't have to be exact i can take suggestions as well.

SS Arctis Pro Wireless, trans base station display doesnt line up with the content that's being displayed on it. I use the system monitoring app to display my GPU/CPU stats. after a while of displaying content properly, the texts shift up and get cropped by the top of the display and becomes practically impossible to read

Hi guys, I got my rival 3 wireless about 2 weeks ago, I am using Bluetooth mode on my laptop MacOS for daily, but today I just realize that I am using it on PC Windows and when the PC turn on after turn off the mouse is disconnecting, dunno why, i need to un plug and re-plug the dongle to USB slot on PC and works again. It is so annoying. Anyone can help what wrong?

Question for you guys— my wife and I each have a pair of Arctis Pro Wirelesses, she often streams though from her Switch, using an elgato to her desktop. I know that the Pros can be used simultaneously with the 2.4ghz and Bluetooth, though primarily to allow you to take phone calls and such while playing... my question is, if we got the Bluetooth headset adapter that is made for Switch, could she use the Pros for both game audio via that Bluetooth adapter, and still be connected to her PC? Obv I’m not worried about the quality or the fidelity on the Bluetooth end of things, more just that she could use one audio output for both ends of things

Hi guys, I got my rival 3 wireless about 2 weeks ago, I am using Bluetooth mode on my laptop MacOS for daily, but today I just realize that I am using it on PC Windows and when the PC turn on after turn off the mouse is disconnecting, dunno why, i need to un plug and re-plug the dongle to USB slot on PC and works again. It is so annoying. Anyone can help what wrong?

@frosty willow I don’t think the rubber piece is securely around the entire loop. You should try removing to entire air pad and replacing it, the rubber piece will cave in, you need to pull it outwards and keep doing it all the way around the loop. There’s a few videos I can link for you if you need it.

Hey! So about 18 hours ago I ended up spilling water on my apex 7 and I wasn't able to unplug it right away. I was able to wipe out and pour out as much water as I could and since then its been drying on a towel with no caps in front of an AC

Some batches of the 600 and 650 had issues with the glue not holding for very long on the side grips. The replacement kit from the website does not have that issue

is it just me or does the arctis 3 sound low on the ps4? Compared to my old headset it doesn’t have the same of volume like it’s lacking almost. Ever since i got them out of the box they sound like they’re on 60% volume.

Last Christmas I bought my Arctics headset, I wanted one for an long time since I saw the amazing adds an I tried one oke time.

And for the update, idk it might improve the ability for the device to use the ps5 features. I know the headset doesn't get an better sound. But I think settings can have an impact on how well it goes from the ps5 to the headset and the mic to the ps5. Anyway, I just love my Arctics pro wireless headset. It's the best headset I have ever had.

hi, just got a Arctis Pro Wireless today. Something that was extremely noticeable, both for others and for myself, is that the built-in microphone is... honestly not sounding good, which is a little frustrating for a $330 headset :X
I already have the format set to 16 bit 48kHz, and I don't see anything related to the mic in the SteelSeries Engine. Is there anything else to do about the mic quality?

Sadly, if you’re using any microphone (regardless of brand) with Bluetooth, the mic quality will be worse. The mic quality is much better when wired. I think the stand point behind it is, if you’re spending 300 bucks on some headphones, you already have a mic.

Going over 2.4ghz instead of Bluetooth already makes it better, but regardless of that wireless audio is still generally lower quality than wired, especially when it comes to microphones in headsets. That being said, you can download software like Voice Meter Banana and tweak the EQ settings of the APW mic to make it sound better than it does stock

Hi, I have just got a Xbox series X and my Siberia x800 are not working with it. I have used the usb connection, which works with my laptop but not when I plug it into the console. The console no longer supports optical audio. Has anyone else had the same issue and resolved it? Thanks.

hello guys i just got the aerox 3 wireless in house
i turned the cpi toggle button off i only have 1 sensitivity level set in the operating program
but when i click button 6 witch was the cpi toggle it still changes my sensitivity any suggestion on how to fix this?

Really wish Steelseries could fix the mouse sidegrip glue issue. I've gone through 2 replacement sets in the span of a year they seem to only last 5/6 months and then go loose. Love my 650 wireless but definitely not happy spending $20 every year having to replace the grips and mouse feet.

Unable to install Steelseries software. It was working for my apex pro tkl, until there was an update, and the button wasn't allowing me to update it. So I figured I'd reinstall it for the newer software. I have uninstalled it completely and reinstalled it. No error code, when I double click the installer.exe file it asks for permissions I accept nothing happens. I used CCleaner to remove all it's files. I deleted the drivers and unplugged the keyboard and plugged it back in. I turned windows defender off and manually selected the installer for my firewall to "allow" it. I typed whatever that cmd code is to check to see if any files on my system are corrupt (new pc built it on Sunday). I followed a video on changing the registry to allow it to open exe files. I even "unblocked" with the check mark in properties. This is the only program I cannot launch other exe files launch normally. Any help is appreciated!
