How to see the real battery percentage Nova Pro Wireless X??? I'm so confuse. GG software first showed 37% one and half bar on base station and then i tried to unplug and plug my wireless base station , it showed 25% and 1 bar in base station. After that, i tried to turn off 2.4 ghz and turn on Bluetooth only and connected it to my android phone. It showed headset battery percentage 46%

I went back to the shop and they don't have the cable. They gave me a 3.5mm jack cord, I can hear audio through them now, but the microphone won't work. Can you use just the audio jack for it?

There are two different varieties of 3.5mm plugs: a three segment and a four segment variety. If the plug only has three segments, it does not transfer microphone data. If it has four segments, it can transfer microphone data. The Arctis 7P+ can use a four segment 3.5mm cord to provide input and output through the headphones. Of course, the system you're plugging it into would also need to support a 4-pole 3.5mm as well.

Of course, at that point, you may as well just go get a cheap corded pair of headphones since you've just turned your fancy wireless headphones into a wired set.

Steelseries Arctis 5 showing disconnected on the Steelseries GG software. Every time I boot my computer my headset will show disconnected even though it still is. yes, you can remove the ear cushion from (I think the left) earpiece and put a pin in the small hole.

the pin on the side of the headset does not roll back anything, it's just a power reset. there's no official methods to downgrade firmware, and doing so may brick your headset, so it's not really advised

I have no idea what happened but my arctis3 2019 bluetooth no longer function at all in regards to the bluetooth feature. I woke up today and noticed my left ear with the mic was extremely loose even to the point where i could swivel the left ear all the way around, even though i didn't, and was much more flexible than it should have been. I also tried to use its bluetooth feature which is located on the right ear and i get nothing. No lights. No sounds. Nothing. The right side of the headphones and i Have no idea what caused this. Is there any possible way i can repair or inspect this?

Also as a side note, i have been using these headphones nearly daily since 2020 and have 0 major problems since then other than the occassional low volume when not in bluetooth mode and etc. But is this time for me to look into a newer set of headphones or is there some hope that I can open these up and repair them?

To the best of my knowledge, the left ear, despite its looseness is still fully functional. The mic works and so does the audio and all of the inputs but the right ear and its bluetooth button along with its audio has completely died out

i tried on 2 different computers and same problem. On the gamedec it shows no audio going though L and R. If i mess with setting in sonar for mic sidetone it changes it on gamedec. So connection from comp to gamedec to headset seems stable. No audio gets picked up or delivered through mic.

Anyone got an insight on why my microphone audio isnt working? I have just bought myself a "Arctis NOVA Pro" headset and have double checked all cabling and ensured the "mic mute" on the dac is disabled. I also want to specifying microphone mic mute button on the left ear cup is also unmuted. It is neither picking up audio externally from steelseries gg application or internally in the application either.

You'll be hearing yourself due to the mic feedback. This will be temporarily fixed if the device is connected in either desktop or laptop with steelseries software installed

firmware will NEVER update unless you manually click on the "critical update" banner in Engine. If the firmware version is changing in Engine then it's a sign of a much bigger problem with the headset, and you should probably open a ticket with SS support before your headset totally dies

engine never supported the arctis 1. Engine doesn't work with analog headsets that use 3.5mm connection since that connection doesn't support sending digital signals/data

I believe you should be able to see the complete list if you install GG, go into Engine then apps

i got the xbox version and over the last two months ive been using it in a somewhat dual audio mode with my pc, to where i can hear my pc audio and my xbox game audio but idk why it wont turn off. that seems like something that doesnt make sense

this happened to me recently with the sonar, i deactivated it and the problem went away cause i have a sony headset and for some reason the sonar would overwrite all my setting in audio and replace it with the sonar options

so try disabling it and using the regular audio settings you had before hand

In this picture below when my default device is set to top I have the terrible distortion when it's the bottom one my headset just shuts off automatically after 30 seconds not sure what to do about anything really lol I also have fully uninstalled steel series software in hopes that would work but it doesn't

When you initially pair your headphones you have to ensure you pair them as speakers not as a headset. That worked for me.

`It sounds like a lot of people here are trying to solely use Bluetooth with the 9x on their PCs. The issue is two fold. Bluetooth does not have the bandwidth to support game audio, chat audio, and then your mic audio being sent out. This is why the quality is terrible. The second part is that the hands free Bluetooth profile takes prority over the audio bluetooth profile so it will cut out game sound etc when the hands free profile is active - it's acting as if you're taking a call.

From what I can read you do need the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 to resolve all of this, but personally I am finding the whole experience too painful to keep the headset.`

I got the xbox wireless adapter and it solved all my problems. Ive had the adapter for a couple of months now and it works great with the 9x. Would definitely recommend purchasing.
