@fading breach Well, that system is no longer an open air setup. I transplanted all the hardware to a BeQuiet Pure Base 500DX mid tower. CPU is a Ryzen 7 2700, GPU is a Sapphire Radeon Nitro+ Vega 56. Also the AMD Wraith Prism is a solid cooler(on par with the Hyper 212 Evo). I have the kid monitoring temps as is and if they get out of hand, I have a BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 4 I could throw in.

And intel's new laptop cpu's are overheating as far as i have experienced

notebooks / laptops are good for office stuff and for 3d rendering (office too) if the laptop is powerful enough. however, i recommend having a PC system for both, especially for gaming, but also if you are using 3D rendering like 3Dmax, AutoCAD, which go best with professional graphic cards.

Like other people said, this Discord is pretty biased, but I've been using the A5s now for over a year and love them. The sound is great and the software features are actually useful and not gimmiky like some gaming peripheral brands. 10/10 would buy again
