i went single channel ram when i built my new build it has a 5800x and gt 1030. gt 1030 was carried from my old build will prolly replace with rtx 3060ti/3070 or rx 6700xt later. im gpu bottlenecked in most games so should i wait for dual channel ddr4 prices to drop during ddr5 launch or will buying now improve gaming performance??

A) SLI is only supported by the 3090 and I think 2080 Ti
B) SLI is dead. There's no reason for the average user to run two GPUs since most games don't support it anymore. Unless you're doing some workstation type stuff like 3D modeling or heavy GPU rendering that requires a lot of VRAM and compute power, don't run SLI

Non Z series motherboards of 400 series or ealier don’t have memory Overclocking support. So they are capped at 2666 or 2933(depending on your CPU’s spec, 10400 supporting 2666 while 10900k supporting 2933)

What are you building? Lotta variables, but if you aren't trying to hit max FPS or 4k a 2060 isn't that far off spec wise compared to the 3060ti.

IDK I'd say if you can hold out till April of next year try and hold out? 20 series refresh is coming, Intel GPUs are coming(I turned down a QA job with Intel testing them, my friend loves them).

A 20 series will deliver but you'll be chasing another upgrade sooner than if you go with a more modern card.
