if you want all core 5.1 all the time, you need to manually OC

That’s the turbo boost. You’ll rarely hit that. Although you could do some Overclocking to a solid 4.8-5.0 ghz all core with a 10700kf. Make sure your windows power plan is set to max performance

Depends. If your playing 1080p. Or arguably 1440p no.

GeForce experience is great and dlss is useful in games like cod where you want higher settings but still high FPS.

But I wouldn’t use dlss at 1080p. And ultra quality would be good for 1440p. Although at that point the performance will still be less than a 6700xt

6700xt also gets SAM + oc’ing madness.

I’d still argue Ray Tracing is a good feature. Sure it’s very taxing but as GPU’s become more powerful and NVidia’s RT cores become more efficient it’s definitely here to stay.
