My case and my psu i use it from my old pc, and the problem is after i build the pc, the pc turn on for a while and thrn shut down again, and then on again, it keeps going like this. Most likely it’s not a 730w PSU, the First boot for a pc requires a great amount of power, with your specs you’re definitely eating some power away not OC’d, but it’s most likely your PSU not being able to handle the OC

The GT 1030 is a bit old, but yes, it would get your pc up and running until you can install your 3070

The 3070 ti and 3080 ti is pretty smart played by Nvidia, because they put something up to compete against the radeon 6900xt and 6800, at roughly the same price and same performance, but more features (DLSS 2.0 Upscaling, better raytracing etc), AMD might have to lower their prices to compete with nvidia, then nvidia swoops the low end with a 3060, and they make big money, so AMD radeon prices might fall by like, 50 bucks.
