check how cpus compare in the software you use and how much that matters. Ultra 200s are bad for gaming but have a marginal increase in multi workloads. 9950X is also a competitor in that space.

you do not need a £400 board, so dont let them sell you one.

same with the RGB bloat that packaged into it, just raising the cost exponentially, though its a personal preference thing ultimately

don't need a 1500W PSU either for that spec on stock. it should fall within 770w'ish so a downgrade to 1000W would save some money

though OC'd it would probably hit/exceed 1000W slightly depending on how aggressive you are with it

you would probably want 2x 2TB drives so you can put them in RAID for higher bandwidth

you could also buy a 4TB HDD for redundancy so if 1 SSD dies, you still have all of your data backed up

you can't I don't think? all systems are packaged with NK's own custom OS that is obviously packaged with spyware and very limited customisability so they can censor everything

the idea of a DIY space anywhere in NK would probably go directly against the control they seek

you might be able to salvage together a couple of prebuilt systems, but they're all going to be running on ancient hardware and probably the same for the OS itself

well peripheral wise its good but its more personal preference. hardware wise the 4060 is fine for fortnite at low settings. storage is literally dependant on whether its an SSD or not and if you run out of space. Can't comment on Ram without XMP profile and can't comment on CPU if its not listed. the Board is basically irrelevant same with cooling if its not overheating

DLSS is the modern cancer for Graphics

DLSS was made for 4k and RT on high end cards and not for low and mid end cards to reach 1440p level of bad quality, you know why DLSS works very well in 4k ? because the difference between native WQHD and 4k is not that huge as it is from 1080p to 1440p

you know the problem with DLSS ? Stuttering and very unstable Frame times, caused by the lack of Performance of bandwich of the GPU's, DLSS wont safe your GPU or what ever, a RTX 5070 wont be much faster then a RTX 4070ti. But People coping very hard. Name me the top 10 most played games right now, then tell me wich one of them have even basic RayTracing.

quick update i'm back on the G pro superlight, 100% feels better to me for FPS shooters over the G303 (though that is completely subjective and may change on your own personal experience) tbh I think I would recommend potentially buying 2 differently shaped mouses just to see how you compare on one over the other. QVL is useless/doesnt matter. dual tower cooler is more than fine, B650 = X870E in terms of unlocked features just X870E has more USB/PCIE/SATA which you can get if you need. avoided AMD in this case because they can and will have issues. he plays E sports titles at a low Res/settings so doesnt need anything beyond a 4070 really and that means he can get a 9800X3D which will impact his performance more than downgrading for a more powerful gpu he won't utilise.

Here is the reason why I want to go with the corsair icue fans and aio. I plan on keeping this build pc for a long time, then I'll probably upgrade the ram, gpu, cpu, etc as needed when the components get old. But the fans and maybe the aio I can reuse. Basically, it's saving money in the long run. I'm also not just into gaming, I am costantly looking for ways to make my setup better. I want the pc to look really nice on my desk thats in my bedroom.

if you wanted full modular for whatever reason then its no biggie but youd probably have to change the cpu or something to go cheaper

Raptor is 7600 - 8400

Obviously board makes a massive difference to the above

If you're trying to run out of the box stable I'd run 6000 on alder and 6400 on raptor

You can do higher on raptors mc just you have to account for board quality

And every board should do 6400 for the most part

For this you have to account for the fact he's on a dual CCD chip so mem scaling is a lot different

2 ccd = 2 IF links = double max bandwidth

Single ccd going to be a lot worse in 2:1
