can work yeah
you can use it as an usb microphone an with the time get an amp for later on
Many make mistakes with buying an holy audio interface setup just for using in game an discord which is a waste of money imo
well the sc1 isnt actually that expensive and it has really good reviews
How much is the first example you sended
the mic and amp together
now i dont cause of regional pricing
arround 150 ?
gime a sec
120 for rĆøde podmic and sc1 audio interface
you know what il prob get the sc3 instead
so its the k688 and later sc3?
120 for both ? are you sure its both
both together :))
wym with sc3
sc3 audio interface
fifine sc3 audio interface
or sc1
sc1= music
sc3 = gaming or just recording
hold on your pricing actually crazy
XD
the rode pod mic sales for 112 on amazon
buuut
where tf are yu from
are you buying from temu or something
na
hold on you gonna deduct it from tax ?
you buyin it in the name of the company
gime a sec
so basicly 150 with VAT included
YESSS XD
oh wait a god damn second
google fucked me
bro why u givvin excl vat nummer here LMAO this aint a business
180 ;((
180 danisch crown or somthing
na usd
Yeah š
i mean the k688 and later sc3 is looking pretty good for my budget
but i prob need to wait a bit since im going to take speed boat card certificate thingy
okay
its raw tho but it will get you an idea
with podmic i need a interface since its only xlr
k688 can run on usb
yep you either chose USB OR XLR
so basicly just mic -> cable -> pc
or u can do mic -> cable -> AMP -> pc
here i found a vid on yt abt a comparison ill send u on pm
yeah
thanks
nope its a mixer/interface
abt the same lmao
Lmk when you receive the items and how to found them after testing it
its prob going to be a few months before i can get everything (2-3)
Well if u dont forgot us in a few months than maybe xD
XD

Can anyone improve this to make it cheaper please? I'm going for a white pc build
Saved Part Lists
No
Okay one sec then
What's the price of the case?
And cooler
What is your budget actually in CAD?
1200 cad
That is very tight
I can probably go to like 1300
I'll see
Part List - Intel Core i5-12600K, Radeon RX 6600, Fractal Design Pop Air ATX Mid Tower
With a motherboard that is sitll mostly wide
Can go cheaper but it will be more black than white
hey guys, is there a good gaming pc i could build, with the budget 800-860?
Hey I have a problem with a pc Iāve just built. So I click the button to turn the pc on, ram, case fans and gpu starts flashing its rgb lights. CPU cooler and case fans are working but nothing is happening. I mean for the 20-30 seconds monitors donāt show anything and it looks like pc is waiting for gpu fans to start working. Until gpu fans donāt start working then pc will not turn on fully. Anyone knows why is that?
Would a i5 12400F bottleneck a 4060? I wouldnāt think so..?
Yea 26% bottleneck
Check with a calculator, remember to do graphic heavy task if theres a setting for it.
But it shouldnāt impact it that much.?
Don't worry too much about it, I still suggest to like
Get a 7600 or somethign and use the money for a 12500
Its only 7,9 on 1080
Alright, thanks
https://geizhals.de/wishlists/3715007 is this good?
I'm wanting to build a PC. I do not have a whole lot of money to work with. I'm trying to keep it below R15k(like $750 I think). I have not built a PC before, my only experience is with my Asus tuf gaming laptop. Gpus wise Ive been told the RX5700XT gpu is good price to performance? Apparently the Ryzen 5 5700 is also a decent cpu. I'm not sure what I should do ssd wise and ram wise. I wanna run games at high graphics if possible, cause my laptop can run both helldivers and baldurs gate at potato quality(as is it forgets the textures in some areas) but still gets hot. Any got any recommendations?
Apparently the msi mag A650bn is a good power supply.
I don't know what to look for regarding ram, ssd's or much else
Asus motherboard
rx 5700 xt
amd ryzen 5 5600 or 5600x
16gb ram
500 gb of ssd sata or nvme
upgrade ram and storage later on when u have the budget for it
I have a 1tb ssd in my laptop along with a bonus 16gb ramstick so I might ne able to use those
I'll put that into part builder tho. See what I get
But thanks
Ramsticks of an laptop does not fit in an desktop motherboard. since laptop rams are SODIMM and desktop rams are called DIMM laptops rams has less contact points
Your gonne end up breaking it
Laptop ssd can be used in desktop configurations
Does ram not really matter as long as it fits the motherboard?
Yes and no
....
Yes, I am aware
so the ram you have rn is not gonna work on your desktop your gonne build
the desktop rams
are classified in different catagories
DDR2 DDR3 DDR4 etc etc
The specifications of the motherboard determines what ddr ram your motherboard supports
you can fit an ddr4 in an motherboard that support ddr3
but i wont be optimal
cause the motherboard only supports what an ddr3 can handle
so most optimal is the check which motherboard you are going to get
and which version of ram it supports
thats why its yes and no
Makes sense. Thank you
Your welcome, lmk if you any other dificulties in chosing the specs. or send them here so we can check them out if they are compatible with each other.
Which i highly recommend since u can easily make mistakes in picking the right parts for it
Good luck!
Only issue so far is the RX5700XT doesn't seem to be available on the PC builder site I'm using.
The RX5700XT is said to be comparable to the rtx 2070 super. check out of this card is available and if it fits your budget since NVIDIA might be a little more pricy in some countries
w
Only issue so far is the RX5700XT doesn't seem to be available on the PC builder site I'm using.
in what context ? dont really understand the question r n
What am I looking for in a power supply? Sorry I was gone for so long, went to dinner.
And then cpu cooler as well.
Cause I know I need one. I just don't know if there are any specifics I need yo know
Peerless Asssassin is always a good one
So I'm getting a graphic card upgrade, from a 1650 gtx to something like 3060? Rtx
Would my aorus motherboard work?
I assume I should go with a full sized motherboard. Cause the mini ones are half the price but I assume will be pretty bad
Yes I (believe) went with a full sized
20 series isn't here for gpus either
Sadge dude. Also why does a windows os cost like 2,7 grand. Good lord.
Currently I'm sitting at 17k. Without a windows os(gonna have to figure that out)
It was just my 18th so I may have collected enough money to set things up. Rn what I got is: antec nx290 case, Asus rog strix B550-A motherboard, amd ryzen 5 5600 cpu, ID-cooling SE-214-XT cpu cooler, G.skill F4-3200C-16D ram, Acer arc A750 predator gpu, corsair psu, team group 1tb ssd
What should I change? Cause gpus wise It's either a 3050 or like a 780, that is the age difference between the gpus. No 20 series.
Gigabyte-GAB550 motherboard sorry
Its like 500 rand less than the asus
Palit GeForce RTX 3050 Dual NE63050018P1-1070D 8GB GDDR6 128-bit PCI-E 4.0 Desktop Graphics Card instead. Knocks it down to 16k
The case says it comes with 3 pre installed intake fans, should I get more fans?
Are we allowed to post links here?
Most motherboard are backwords compatible so you should be fine
but i recommend checking your motherboards pci generation
and if your case has enough space
Check whats available for your price range
There are not a technical bad side of a mini motherboard they are just made to make a small pc. But they tend to have way less specs over the full atx ones
You can get windows afterwards by buying a key online its way cheaper
3 intakes fans are good. Maybe consider buying 1 extra as an exhaust fan.
But cant really say anthing since i dont know what case you are watching and if does even support more fans
Also to consider is if your Power Supply can deliver enough power to the gpu since the newer gpu draws more power.
lmk if i missed a question rn
Alr, will look at specs when I get home
Great! if you dont really know if its fully compatible dont mind sending your specs and ill look it up for you!
Can I post a link to what I'm thinking of? Are links allowed here? It is to wootware PC builder
Yeah you should be fine. Go ahead ill check it out
I have been told by a friend that If I want the PC to be at all future proof.
I would need to use a better cpu and gpu
Look good. You should be fine
But looks like you did not select a cpu cooler
also that windows operating system is to expensive just get the demo version and buy a key onlin
its way cheaper
You;re fine I'd say
I would suggest to go for, if it's available and cheap, a Peerless Assassin as cooler
An AMD card if possible, as the 3050 is kinda, meh
A 750W psu at least
For the rest I don't directly know
Try to see if you can get a 5600 for cheap? But you can, probably for relatively cheap, add a better Ryzen 5000 CPU in a couple of years
also what lucid said about OS might not be too bad
agree. only a 750W to make it clear is overkill. 550 should be even enough to drive the system. If you are planning to upgrade it in the future than yeah consider a 750w psu
Is £140 for a 2nd hand 2060 good?
I hope not

Ah okay, it's not blocked here. It's Last Week Tonight
So if you have HBO Max you can watch it there prob
Aight imma delete my previous message, never thought it could be something where both sides were innocent. thats f up damm
Thanks for the channel btw found a new channel to watch
I had no idea either
I love that show. You should watch the previous episode as well
And you're welcome āŗļø
Yeah subbed on the channel. perfect videos to watch in bed before falling in sleep
Both cards are kinda similar in performance. The 1660 is slighly performing better than the other card but the fact that its used is a little thing
Make sure when buying a second hand card is that it is working completely as intented and dont end up with a non functional card
ok
I recently picked up a used rx6700xt. Very happy with it.
rx6700 is not really comparable to the 6500xt there is a huge difference in performance and pricing tho.
Yes for sure. I think I was at about $300 USD ball park on that.
what is a good resource to learn about pc building andd pc parts for a comeplete beginner?
Read the manuals
Manuals, youtube
for 60$ more u can get a 6600
you should definitely consider that its like the new rx 570
is this a good deal for 435,71Ā US$
yeah okay just googled the prices normal is around 802,58Ā US$ for me
so i would say its a decent deal myself XD
offer him 400 minimum price
say that u have to drive a while to get there etc
and your good
50 % msrp is great
okay will do XD
Any dollar we can save is a profit bro
buy me a cookie with it
xD
yeah lol
good cause
XD
help my arctis 7 keeps saying reconnect headset
You should be able to get a 6650xt
in sound setting what should i set my default to when using my nova 7x?
anything up to a 6700xt most likely, 6650xt,6700 etc
is a 7950x and an RTX 4080 a good combo?
yup
alr ty
my pc is already built, just checking if it was a good combo since this is my first build
asking if some of the highest range parts on the market are a good combo, interesting
help my my pc is going is turning off but the pc fan and other pc parts are still working are still functioning .
is ur gpu bricked
how do you check that
I mean, you plug another gpu in but itās not like many people can do that
usually as just the last resort you suspect itās bricked if u donāt have access to another
no the gpu is running fine
Thereās like a shortcut to reset display drivers but Iām not sure that will fix your problem
okay i will try that
could try it though
thank you
did it fix it?
no but i looked around a bit and it said that my security processor has an issue
i just wanted to know if they bottlenecked
im relatively new to building
unlikely that you'll even be fully utilzing either part very often anyway
My pc randomly restarts after gaming for like an hour...any idea on why it keeps happening
Overheating?
Im not seeing anything wrong with temps
every system has a bottleneck of some sort. Itās only ever a problem when itās extreme enough to choke performance below the desired/necessary level.
Hopefully you have your receipt or they won't help you. You need a replacement USB C dongle
Very sorry for off topic, but I just got finished gaming and made my first cake! Cooked it with an i9-14900k!
don"t think cooking your cpu is the best idea buuuut looks yummy so enjoy =]
PLUG THEM IN
I know thatās what I figured they should be plugged in but where?
idk search it up
Thereās another longer wire behind that wire
/rank
i would say for the fan
The fans doesenāt seem to spin tho
I bought it prebuilt
oh
From a big store
where
There should be power to both plugs in your graphics card
yeah
So it has been running like that for months till I had Bluetooth problems then I saw that
ComputersCanada
yes it is
It didnāt look like it spun
But ayt
What could cause my Bluetooth to flat out stop working?
Yeah put it in the other slot one

if u need help
Wires are not long enough ima go to the store
And of my 3070 is toast theyāre giving me a new one or better lol
Still under warranty
Wow
Can you do this?
Yea it was already plugged in
Itās the other two plugs at the other end of the wire that arenāt
Oh that might be why your GPU doesn't work
I didnāt notice it not working but that might be why my fans are always hella loud
Thats fine lmfao
That's actually correct if u have that plugged in like berry circled then its plugged in correctly and the other wires arent supposed to be plugged in
and the fans wont spin until the GPU gets to a certain temp which is normal
You can change that setting in the GPU software if u want the fans spinning at all times
@ripe pumice
u want that one plugged in
The ones behind ur hand u dont need plugged in
just plug that wire in thats circled and boom done
The wires with an X dont need to be plugged in
If u want your fan speed on all the time then download AORUS ENGINE
Manual
š
or if u wanna customize then do that
Ohhhh okkk
Ayt thatās how itās always been
But I have issues with Bluetooth, I canāt seem to use Bluetooth and itās like if I didnāt even have drivers
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti, Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower
I wanna see if there is anything wrong with this here
I'm probably gonna have to get a fan controller
I don't have any notes
Looks good to go
For a fan controller check your boards connectors
And if these fans can be chained
Hello, quick question about upgrading pc(sorry for bad English)
My pc:
Mobo - b450m ds3h / cpu - r5 3600(oc to 3,9ghz) / gpu - rx 480 8gb asus strix / psu - 500w 80bronze silentiumpc vero l2 / ram - 2x8gb 3666 cl16
I want to upgrade gpu as first, then psu and cpu at once.
My choices
Gpu - rx 6700xt
Cpu - r7 5800x3d
Psu - coolermaster mwe v2 750w
What U think guys? Is it good idea?
Im playin many many games, mostly lol/valorant/cs, but also some AAA games like CP2077, RDR2 etc, but my actual pc can't handle high/ultra with 60fps
And i will play as many AAA games as posible if my pc will be able to handle on highest settings with 60fps
Oh and my monitor is 1080p
Budget you can spend?
Emmm, its around 700euro?
Poland
I know
Try to see like
I suggest AMD if it's cheaper for about the same class
A 6600
And then see for the rest on a CPU
Like a 5600 or something
Polish prices, from what I've seen, are a bit weird
So rx 6600 its about less than 200eur
And r5 5600 is about 120eur
about 500
6700?
350-400
That's why i said i want buy 6700xt
So it will be good upgrade and worth?
Yeah def
5800X3D is pretty much the best CPU upgrade (for gaming) you can get on that platform
I would do PSU first or you may have problems with running the GPU you upgrade to
It's gettinjg upgraded to a 750
Yeah, I mean the order he said he was going to do it, GPU then CPU+PSU later. If he put a 6700XT on that 500w he has, it wouldn't be happy.
What would be the perfect 240hz gaming monitor?
To give an accurate answer, it very much depends on budget, size, resolution, location, style of games played on it, used in a high or low light area, is HDR important, and many more things. If you want a random one that might suit what you want, I am not sure.

any thoughts or changes it needs
Do you feel like the system is stopping you from playing the games you want to play and look how you want? If not, then it is fine. If it is stopping you, what games and how?
ah, this is new build?
Looks good if it fits your budget
Decently far down below my budget
Not too far
This is the problem with building PC's, they are able to be highly customized to suit what a person wants or needs. This would be a very capable system and would do great on nearly everything gaming wise. If you were going to use it to browse the internet and play Solitaire, then it might be too much. If you wanted to do constant video edit or AI systems, it would be quite poor. It really depends on what you are doing, if 90%+ gaming or basic use, then it will be fine. If you wanted to spend more money then get more storage or ram
Mostly on gaming honest like siege, cs, cod etc
There is no 7800x, there is a 7800X3D
What's your budget tho

thoughts?
Is this for gaming?
mainly yeah
Go 7800X3D
1600w is willddd
oh this is my current build, 3d v cache wasnt a thing then
oh wait no
not 1600w
1200w
typo
Ah, fair I guess
1200 watt is so overspecced
5800x3d came out like just after i built it
5800X3D came out before 7000 series...?
You mean 7800X3D?
but that was the only one that existed
Either way, it's a fine build
ty
its 1200w just for futureproofing
Fair I guess
dont wanna have to replace psu cus eventually parts will take up that much
But Nvidia has focused so hard on efficiency
And Blackwell is said to have the same
And Ryzen is so efficient even with it's heat
yeah im due to replace my thermal paste actually
how often is thermal paste suppose to be changed?
ram : Patriot Viper Steel DDR4 32 GB 3600MHz

thoughts? and need help to find a cooler because im stupid
Peerless Assassin is a great cooler
And do you need Nvidia?
YOu should be able to get like
a 7700xt for that price
ok thanks

Does anyone have thoughts on this potential build of mine?
u dont need a 850w psu
for that
If he has the money hes future proofing his pc
Does anybody have a MSI tomahawk z790 wifi. I donāt know if I should get this or if I should splurge for the ASUS ROG Maximus z790 hero. Iām not sure of the difference and which one is better (Iām planning to get a 4080 super and an i9 14700k or i7 14700k
That money can be used for better ram that ram is ass
It's okay
best CPU for ASUS PRIME H410M-D ??
What is your budget?
That's an old board
New board and CPU
what happens if i change the board
What country you from?
No, you just will have to rebuild PC
PL
Files are on the storage
Try to see how expensive it is to get like, a 12600k and a Z790
If that is within budget
gotcha
Or a 12600 and a B660 or something
280 bucks
my board holds 10th gen
cpu's
without changing the board,
how good is i7 10th gen?
or i9
Not that great
Hence I suggest a 12th gen
You can also see for like, a 12600 and a B660 board
Should be cheaper
i have i5 10th gen
compared to i9 or i7
i mean would i7 or i9 be a big level up
10 th gen
Is it better to upgrade from an gtx 980ti to an 4060ti and change the graficscard maybe in 3 years or should i wait untel i have the money for an rtx 4070 super
Thank you
guys, what do you think about this build for mid-high end gaming? https://pcpartpicker.com/list/YvYvcH or should something be changed
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, Lian Li Lancool II Mesh C Performance ATX Mid Tower
@low sedge I'm pretty sure the 5600X is too weak for a 4070 Ti Super.
Also you're better off going with AM5 for a build like that so you can use DDR5 ram
That power supply is also a terrible idea for how much it costs
Or go AMD if you would like
@low sedge I would suggest something more like https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zGRrXk at the same price. It would be good if someone else has another opinion because I'm not exactly a professional
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 7700X, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti, Lian Li Lancool II Mesh C Performance ATX Mid Tower
5600x is god for rtx 4060 ?
is an i713700kf and 4070 good?
3060 ti or 3080 way better than any 40 series except 4090 imo
Yes
Maybe am5
kk
Here's the parts for my build so far
I gotta wait for my case and I'm gonna reuse my ssd
@pulsar fossil
750 watt gonna be enough?
thats legit the minimum for that gpu
@fast plume pcpartpicker isn't always right for wattage and 750w is literally the minimum for that GPU if u search it up so I would go with at least 800w to be safe, however, it should be ok.
I mean it's already bought so worst case it'll just turn off when the pc ramps up and they can just buy a new one
It should be fine
7800X3D runs on a very low wattage (especially for it's gaming performance) and the wattage given on a listing is always with a good safety margin
I don't even think best buy had the 850e
the "e" is the newer one that has the newer gpu connector
yeah true realistically it should be too bad
^
You should get a better wattage just to give ur pc little wiggle room
Donāt cheap out on the psu itās like 200 bucks for 1000watts
Have u seen how many watts 4070ti super consumes
and from reputable brand
oooooooooh
Yeah fair fair fair
Anyway
Like 300W on furmark
And nothing is gonna pull more wattage out of a GPU
Well, almost nothing
Furmark 2 is apparently coming out
As long as itās a decent brand the worst that will happen is the pc turning off randomly but 100 over is always good to play it safe
I guess if u donāt mind ur pc crashing sometimes go for it
No you should be fine
PSU's generally have a very wide safety margin from the basic spec you get
And GPU's rarely take that much wattage
I did some looking and 750 is good for this build but if u wanna add new parts in the future youāll have to go through changing the psu
750W is good for this build
Yeah
And even for future builds I don't think it will be needed, with Blackwell being strongly suggested to be eve better on efficiency
Also
Nvidia themselves says "required" system power is 700
And gaming they note as 226, which falls in lign with numbers I've seen
Transient spikes also aren't nearly as bad
Ok
Yeah
I already have the parts so
I'm just gonna build it when the case shows up
can someone please help me wwwwwwith my steel serrrries apex prrrrrrrrro mini keyyyboarrrrrd?
Is it typing weird?
Anyone have any recommendations for keyboards? I have Logitech 512 and have used it for a while but some of the buttons keeps double clicking
just added more ram to my pc and now my frames have dropped any ideas why?
More ram over more slots makes it, generally, more unstable to run at the same speed and can be correlated to lower FPS because of some math stuff
@gentle steeple did you buy completely new sticks or did you add more of the same u already had?
I know this is a steel series channel but, I love Corsair K100.
Loool, this keyboard for 209$ a bit... Overpriced, its definitely not best choice
Bought completely new sticks
I love my apex 5 and it was about 100$
Is a ryzen 7 7800x3d and an rx 7900 xtx a good combo?
Yeah that's quite good
can someone tell me if i should get a 4070 or a 7900 gre
oh and an i9 13900k or a 7950x3d
i alr got 32gb 3200mhz ddr4 but if i go for the 7950x3d i think i need ddr5
the newer amd only have support for ddr5
so yes
I suggest a 7800X3D and GPU depends on whatr you do
Do you play heavy RT games or production that runs well on Nvidia cards, or if you mainly do raster and production that runs well on AMD
Meither cards are weak
But the 7900 GRE is fairly good
im trying to get into content creation, currently rocking a gtx 1080 ti, i5 8600k, 2x16gb 3200mhz ddr4 ram
What type of content creation?
video games, specifically beamng drive
ive heard tho that dlss is quite helpful
If you play a game that has DLSS
yeah i sometimes play gta v, pretty sure that has it
oh and is the 7900 gre sold in europe/uk?
Should be yeah
But if it's uK
you gotta see which is cheaper
Just don't get a 4060(ti)
i was planning to get it (16gb) but reviews said the main chip is really bad
Anybody help me with separating my discord audio out of my moments vids ?
What do u mean
When recording a video with steel series moments, it is also catching the discord audio chat... I want to separate it.
this a gud build?
Part List - Intel Core i7-13700KF, GeForce RTX 4070, NZXT H7 Flow RGB ATX Mid Tower
I don't know about good but it looks more expensive than it should be
Your 4070 is more expensive than what I paid for my 4070ti super
And your ddr4 motherboard is more expensive than my amd ddr5 motherboard
And your ram is more expensive
And your cpu
But if you have the money
Although
I would go with a 750w psu
kk thanks
how muhc did you pay for it?
I just noticed that isn't US part picker
849$ off amazon
Yea it's aus
Pny
If pure gaming, I suggest this

Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, GeForce RTX 4070, Fractal Design North ATX Mid Tower
You can also get a 4070ti for under 3k too then
I think
JUST slightly over
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti, Fractal Design North ATX Mid Tower
Any thoughts on better parts (around the same price) and compatibility issues with this list? Ive never built a PC before and ive just started wanting to build a pc after using gaming laptop for a few years so any help would be nice. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LrytBL
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower

Yeah that's not bad
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/LXRnJy hey, i want to build a pc for the first time and i was wondering if these parts were all compatable, or if I should change anything.
Part List - AMD Ryzen 5 7600X, GeForce RTX 4060, NZXT H5 Flow RGB ATX Mid Tower
wrong server mb chat
im trying to go with a white and blue aesthetic
Yes
As far as your build goes however, I would personally opt for 6000mhz DDR5
You can find it for mayeb 5 bucks more or so
5200mhz CL40 is brutally terrible
With DDR5 I'd try to aim around 10ns
And running AMD, even more important
$7 more and WAY better, albeit looks kinda cheesy and gamery
Anyone have recommendations for a QHD and/or WQHD 27ā monitor? Hope this is the right channel to put this, if not do tell me and iāll fix that. Will have to fix my lack of intelligence as well
oh lol
Swap it for that RAM I linked and would be a decent build

also, is that graphics card good or should i get a different one?
what does the amount of storage and vram do?
Storage is all your files and games and shit
VRAM is part of your GPU thats sort of data allocation
I'm assuming you're gaming at 1080p?
You'll be fine with that, although its kinda "meh" of Nvidias offerings
like storage on the graphics card
whats the difference between 8gb and 16gb gpu
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/w6RCVW this is way better
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER, Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower
is there much of a difference between the 4070ti super and the 4070 super?
nvm you answered that in dms
Not much
Only if you play 4k
1440p would be around same the extra frames wouldnāt matter since the cpu wouldnāt be able to handle that gpu
And itās better to cap frames like getting a 240 hertz 1440p monitor youād be set for any game
My friend has a 7950x3d and a 4070 ti super he gets 300-350 fps on cod
With tuned ram
You should easily get around the same
With the build I sent you
WOOOOO JUST BUILT MY FIRST PCCCC
i use the lg ultragear and personally like it
although im not that picky for monitors, nor some "connoisseur"
i recommend this channel as a starting point if you have zero idea. https://www.youtube.com/@monitorsunboxed
additionally, rtings has a good website for more indepth analysis of many types of peripherals
only thing i would note is it has a fairly high minimum brightness (idrc myself, but if that's something you prefer to shy away from)
Okay thank you, yeah i know nothing about monitors just resolution and refresh lol. Iāll take a look at that monitor. Been looking at the Samsung odyssey g5 as well
okay iāll take a look at the g7, found some new g5s for real cheap
gonna go for the g5, g7 is a little much for me. Thanks guys i appreciate it

@fast plume I belive it's somewhere between 80 and 100 on max settings
damn
might need a monitor upgrade then
Nah it's because I'm playing on a 45inch ultrawide monitor
@fast plume
I have 1080p and get 100 frames on max
^
Yeah I'm playing 1440p on a 45 inch monitor and also running a side monitor. If I was playing 1080p FPS would be much higher if not doubled.
Try cinebench for benchmarking o would like to compare our gpu's
task manager had it running at 30-40% and my cpu 30-40%
nothing task manager went over 50%
I wanna try it on helldivers though
hey guys, I just built my first pc and It has a i9-13900k and a rx 6900 xt, 2tb ssd and 32gb ram. problem is, i usually play valorant but i noticed that my fps arent as good as i expected. even my friends with way lowers specs than i have, they have better performance. what should i do? i dont have any other software open other than the game itself since i just installed windows
any ips 1440p 27ā monitor recommendations? Iām in Canada if that helps any. Canāt seem to make up my mind and would appreciate some advice thank you
I got 23000+ or something
@fast plume I tested helldivers 2 today and I get 111-107 fps on max settings 3440Ć1440
naitive - ultra or supersampling - ultra
@timber cargo
what do you use to test fps btw
That's native super sampling I'm at 60 and ultra supersampling 30fps I use the nvidia fps tool in their app. Or steam FPS counter @fast plume
@fast plume 24,614 but i also got one higher but forgot the number
Nice
Whatās a good pc build with the 3070 and the i7 trying to run like Minecraft with like mods and like COD MW3 I have no idea what to look for when buying a pc or whatās compatible with that

alright bet bet i appreciate it
Change ASUS TUF VG279QM to 1440p monitor
you dont want 27'' 1080p
As an example, TUF VG27AQ3A is great
Looks great but i'd try to squeeze in RTX 3060 or 3060ti. If you want to go with AMD, try to get atleast 6600 xt or 6650 xt
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/TWMHDZ anyone see any changes that could improve this?
Part List - AMD Ryzen 7 5700G, GeForce RTX 4070, Fractal Design Pop XL Air ATX Full Tower
Hello, maybe not a perfect pc config, but i dont know where to ask.
Is there any site or something where i can put parts and see some results, benchmarks or anything like that?
32gb ram is enough and u should just better get 1 monitor that is so good and why do you think 500w will be enough for this pc also I recommend a better mouse and keyboard
also I would recommend getting 2tb as games take too much storage space these days
and get a 4070 super instead it's 10% more expensive but performs 15% better
get a 6650XT for amd @250$ or for nvidia get a 4060 @300$
is rog rtx 4080 work with intel core i7 13700k
?
ram:xlr 4x16 gb ddr5 ram ssd:any 2 tb ssd main card:rog z790 e power: rog thor 1000 w platuium II
Of course, it is a very good processor and is not much different from the 14th generation. It will easily be a good choice for the 4080
i was taught by my dad to get a powersupply that meets the wattage then go a bit over it so theres room to upgrade down the line.
whats your recommendation for mouse and keyboard because im getting the mouse for mmorpg play but i want something that is modular so that im not constantly stuck with only the number keys.
if you want the best performing keyboard then get the apex pro tkl and if you want a keyboard for the sound and press feeling then get the blackwidow v4 for the mouse probably a g502x
get rog asus board not tuf unless u go watercooled and doesnt look like u r bc u dont have a case a thats watercooled compatible
might need a bigger power supply bc of ryzen
Ok
I could use some help finding a microphone, I am currently using a 60 buck mic from Amazon and am looking to upgrade it. I have a price range of $150 and would like it to be a USB connection. An XRL mic could work, as long as it's in a bundle as I don't have a mixer/ amplifier, price could go up to roughly $175 for a bundle. I have done some looking but I'm not entirely sure what brands are good and which ones to avoid. Some recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Could someone teach me how to back up my storage devices? I purchased a new motherboard as I am upgrading to the ryzen 7000 series processors and I already have a ssd with windows installed on it. I was watching some videos about what to do when switching out motherboards and most of them say to back up your storage drives and wipe them clean for a new windows install. Im still confused on how to back then up if someone could help me out
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cgr4H2 whats a good black motherboard with rgb and has uptodate specs that fits this cpu?
Part List - AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D, Antec Performance 1 FT ATX Full Tower
I suggest a 7800X3D first and foremost
Idk what you mean with "Up to date", 7000 is on a new platform
Also, what would be enough RGB for you?
i think the where the ports for the mobo go should be enough
Guys, I want to change my keyboard. I have Razer Blackwidow V4 in mind. However, it is very expensive. (I live in Turkey and here 10,000 units is the highest and 8,000 units is the lowest) Do you think it is worth it?
Note: If I buy this, I will have to buy a 4060 instead of an RTX 4080.
isnt it obvious? dont buy it and get the 4080
get a 4080 it's an easy choice
get the 4080
small correction, get 4080 Super to be exact. its same performance but cheaper.
And you can't get the regular 4080 new anymoee
You can
The US is the most aggressive in just cutting away the 4080
Other countries still sell them, sometimes at a massive loss
it is still possible to get 4080 new here too
i found some 4080 in price of 4080 super
they dropped real big
Just wait it out for one more year for the new 5000 series nvidia to come out
Türkiye=All Graphic Cards
how long does it take to pu itn a new motherboard
is good upgrading from i9 9900kf to i5 13600kf?
I mean, you have to open the case, renove the GPU, take out the mb, take off all the old components, install them on the new mb and apply new thermal paste, and then put everything back together.
Maybe like Half an hour for a moderate/beginner. An hour for a completely beginner. No idea, i havenāt Done it myself.
New pc builder here,
I have little to none knowledge of building pcs and everything is working in the case but its not displaying anything on my monitor
sigh IS IT PLUGED INTO THE GPU OR THE MOBO
DID YOU USE EXTRA POWER OR FORGET THE PCIE POWER?
IāVE HAD IT WITH PEOPLE MAKING THE SAME MISTAKES
ITS PLUGGED IN
Extra power or the main power
The middle is the main power
Make sure the HDMI is plugged into the GPU and itās fully clicked in
I just fixed the display already, the ram sticks werent in all the way š¤¦āāļø
Oh
Well I usually debug the GPU first since thatās the most common thing that people get wrong
Make sure to push until you hear a click next time
Yeah but now this is popping up

if bro's not a streamer, that's the craziest setup a civilian has owned bro š
What do you POSSIBLY need like a 50 in' curved for š
Lmao im.not a streamer and I like nice things lol
Why not? If you want it and have the money :)
I have a quick question about pc building
What will happen if your PSU is too weak for your other components
Iām upgrading my pc
Iām putting in another GPU and another TB of storage
And Iām worried the PSU wont be able to handle it
Most likely having a weak psu will just shut down your system
chuck all the parts into pc paret picker except psu, openb the psu section and look on the left, thatll give u minimum wattage
get atleast 50-100 above that, would recommend more if u will upgradea gain
Thatās all I needed to know because I was worried that it would break some of the parts or explode IDK Iām not the most experienced pc builder
It shouldn't do thast, at all
Yeah unless you got a temu power supply nothing will happen. It just wont turn on. So you might as well try it and if it doesnt work order a psu with maybe 2-300 w more
you should have gone for Ryzen 7 7800X3D imo
Little to no performance improvement over the 7700x I'm waiting for the new chipsets this year as I will also be upgrading my GPU to a 4090. @limpid siren
are you sure about that? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OT4njJ-p00Y

Yes I'm sure about that as I have had my buddy benchmark his 7800x3d vs my 7700x lol regardless I can have it if I want it lol but choosing to wait for the new chipset lol š
also uh
Unless you have the same everything, including test environments, it's not 1:1
I have saw this setup already
I dont really think its urs
But maybe my memory is trash
@lavish eagle lol here I'll post a video haha
Maybe it was u but idk
I've posted before under battlestations but I have since made some adjustments to the setup. Previously had a 4060ti then 4070 super ti now 4080 super and will probably get a 4090 next
@lavish eagle
Oh
And the next cpu chipset as of rite now no real reason to upgrade cpu as 7700x is more than enough
i suggest you to wait till next better X3D than current king if you want cpu for gaming stricte and nothing else
and ignore benchmarks
as they dont matter
@limpid siren that's what I plan on doing I'm trying to build a powerhouse pc
then wait for next gen X3D
but don't rush it
i mean dont necessarily buy the top one when its released
Ryzen 9 7950X3D isnt better than R7 7800X3D
but that probably wont happen again
R9 beats R7 only here and there by like 2-4 fps average
while it costs quite a lot more
Yeah initially I looked at the 7950 this was supposed to be a budget build and gpt the 7700x for a steal and then things got out of hand lol now I'm staring st a money pit lol
i built myself my pc about 1 month ago 32 gb ram R7 7800X3D and RTX 4080 Super
rip my wallet š
Hello, i've got a question.
How much difference in fps is between ddr5 vs ddr4 with cpu r7 7800x3d
you can't run R7 7800X3D with DDR4 as AM5 is DDR5 only
That's sick!
100000/10!!
Looks pretty good! I don't know what it means by compatibility issue, but I haven't built a pc before
all its complaining about is that the board requires a bios update before the actual cpu can be used
K
good or trash? i5 14600kf motherboard gigabyte B760 RTX 4060 Ti Gaming X Slim White Lexar Thor, DDR4, 16 GB, 3600MHz, CL18 LC-Power 806W Crosswind X Lexar NM620 1TB M.2 Cooler Master MasterLiquid 360L Core
Trash
Good, but I suggest an AMD card at about the same price point, 4060ti is just, overpriced
I don't even think 14th gen supports ddr4, even if it does go with ddr5
just search xxxx$ pc on yt
14th gen does support 4
But unless you are porting an old kit over that you have to a new one, get DDR5

Reviews for the respective parts
Besides that almost no one does combinations of most parts, this site is also just, not trustworthy, at all
It does not explain it's methods, actively blasts AMD for anything and says they perform 1000% worse
Ive got a rx 7800xt wondering if i should get the 7700x or the 7800x3d i saw people saying you shouldnt pair the 7800x3d with anything lower than the rx 7900xt but on amazon rn the x3d is like 40-50$ more than the 7700x so i just need help picking which one to purchase
lmao no
You def should pair if you want to
It gives a good boost to perf regardless of card
It is, however, not recommended if you do things that aren't gaming in general
Have you guys had any luck duplexing RTX 3060 Ti's?
My rig is:
Ryzen 7 2700X
RTX 3060 Ti
32GB RAM
M.2 drive only. Forgot the make.
What do you mean by duplexing?
Running 2 of them on one board.
Oh dang
I haven't tried it but I'm guessing the heat would kill my rig unless I upgrade cooling. Just wondering if you guys have tried anything like this. I have this SLI bridge device that came with either one of the cards or the board, can't recall. But I've never seen it running duplex for real.
Generally, not really
