I have, that's where I've been getting blanked for a week. My first support ticket went half way through a Warranty Claim with me and then the ticket somehow never existed like it was deleted. My second ticket is making me go through a whole new sequence of troubleshooting methods, which I really don't intend on doing again as I've been waiting a week for a single message, lol

Ah, m.2 ssds. You dont want to have more than 1 of those normally. The problem with m.2s is they normally share their memory bandwidth and buying multiple defeats the point of an m.2. I'd stick with 1 M.2 ssd and however many sata SSDs you need.
