I have the apex pro for a month and I would def buy again its a really comfy and nice keyboard the only problem I had with it was the f4 key being a little squeaky and I think thats minor as this is a mass produced keyboard

The only mousepad that has a serial number is the Qck Prisms & it's on the little part that has the USB cable, if it's just one of our QcKs or something else, you dont need the serial number & just need proof of purchase
