that's your issue -- most bluetooth headsets I've seen on PC will switch from the normal "headphone" device to a "headset" audio device when the mic is in use -- and that "headset" device has worse audio quality cus it's meant for phone calls
i have that issue with my Surface headphones so I just don't use them for stuff where I need my mic
