Seems that because I won my Arctis 7 headset and didn't buy it that voided the warranty somehow. Not sure how that changes the fact that it has a defective charging port. This is the lamest thing I have ever heard. I've used SteelSeries keyboards exclusively since 2012. In fact I just purchased an Apex 7 in May. I will now never buy another product from SteelSeries.

@stark rampart I agree it is very not cool. Being that I am disabled and on a very fixed budget I am also kinda screwed as I gave my old headset away when I won the Arctis 7. Only reason I was able to get the Apex 7 was cause I saved up for it for almost a full year. No I didn't win it from SteelSeries. I did contact the folks I won it from and they can't help. They did, however, assure me that they will never work with SteelSeries on any future giveaways as long as this policy is in place.

Well, it kinda just depends on if you care about High Res audio. The features of the two headsets are pretty much identical except for HighRes functionality and swappable batteries on the Pro. If those features are worth an extra $120 to you then go for the Pro Wireless @proper blaze
