• Take off the left side panel and make sure there is nothing in the button slot. (The panels aren’t electric they just extend into the base of the mouse to register, there might be debris in it stoping that registration)

• Go into SteelSeries engine 3 and make sure that the button has a binding to it, it might not be bound to anything out of box. (My first button wasn’t bound and still isn’t because I don’t have a need for it rn)
