Guys my sister was using my steelseries arctis 7 with the transmitter and then it randomly died, when i woke up she showed and when i plug it in it says "Avnera AV6301" i did some research and apparently this is the transmitter's bootloader mode? people with razer headsets get a dedicated dongle replacement tool but steelseries doesnt offer a replacement tool, and when i look on the website it tells me that i cant order the transmitter because you guys dont ship to my country please help, is there anything i can do to fix this :(
