hello everyone having used the steelseries arctis nova pro wireless for the past 2.5 years i have noticed a difference in sound ie base reduction etc and i thought it was to do with steelseries sonar but when i have gone back to version 35 the eq presets for the punchy have not changed then i saw a reel video which i will upload here this is pc only and i logged out and backin after setting so after doing this my assumption is microsoft is messing with your sound quality. it also sped up my pc . oh and i only did the first setting in the video . https://www.facebook.com/share/r/1545GCamde/

The only way to open a ticket is going through the bot. Once you go through the prompts and select the type of issue, what product, and what platform, it'll spit out a general fix. If that doesn't solve the problem, you should see a "contact support" button at the bottom of the bot's message. Click that, click "Get support" and then fill out the info to create a ticket.

There is an option to hide old devices. Right click on them in the engine and I think it gives you an option to hide a device that's not currently connected

To fix the problem you load up the Logitech app, go to the top right on your account and click on it, then the bar on the left scroll down until you see "Backup device switch" click on that and then you turn off "Automatic backup device switch"

the normal one and the X (xbox) and P (playstation) version..

but what is the difference?

It's mainly that the Xbox version works with Xbox, PC and PlayStation, the other works with PC and PlayStation but not Xbox

It has two USB-C ports on all versions

The Xbox version has a port that only works for Xbox

So you can't connect a PC and a PlayStation at the same time to the Xbox version

But you can with the non-Xbox version

Does that make sense?

Hi, maybe I should make a post for this but as steelseries support website hasn't reply over a day I thought I maybe could use some live help. I got arctis nova pro wireless around 1 year and half, I've got some issues like battery not charging but usually I just plug unplug the dac (or the battery) and it properly goes back to charge...

2 days ago one of the battery went total dark mode not displaying anything at all on the display not even a signal of charging... I wonder what it was so I started troubleshoot here what i did:

• Placed the 'dead' battery on my headphones and plugged in the usb-c because I heard it could charge it, it didn't sadly and i kept hearing a melody kinda of beeping constantly:
• Updated the firmware, noticed a different, when i plugged the 'dead' battery on the DAC it now shows a lightning but stays like this forever (check photo) doesn't show any signs of charging..

I wonder if anyone has had the same issue and what fix they found to be working or tips I could try to maybe solve this, I really like the headphones but they feel useless if I can't use the wireless part of it haha, thank you!

Coming from an Arctis 9 (and Arctis 5 before that) the Nova Pro Wireless is pretty great. I've been using it since launch. My first gen Apex Pro is still fine. Though, if I was going to upgrade I'd go with the wireless version. At this point the oldest peripheral in my setup is the Rival 650 which I mainly got to replace my Rival 310. I was hoping they were gonna release a Rival 5 wireless at some point when those mice dropped but they never have unfortunately

I've never found it an issue before but with my apex 7 I find I'm constantly bumping my mouse off the side of it. I've worked data entry and I do stats for my darts league so I cant be without my numpad, but I've mentioned several times here for them to release a standalone one so I could get the tkl. I mean I could just use the walmart numpad I have but its something they could easily develop with a gaming twist. somewhere between a regular numpad and the orb weaver or whatever its called

Yeah a standalone Apex numpad would be cool. Maybe have a GG feature for easy macro mapping or something. I've always had a TKL board because I don't really have a use for a numpad using my desktop day to day but that would be a good "extra" they could market for people who want a TKL or 60% for gaming but then occasionally need a numpad for work, hobbies, or even like MMOs or something

Unfortunately I don't think the market for that is big enough for them to justify the development and manufacturing costs. Besides, a lot of people who want something like that will look at smaller more specialized companies anyways. Not so much a "gaming" brand

Same here lol. I bought into SteelSeries when I decided to get my first "real" keyboard and mouse instead of just that cheap $20 CoolerMaster KB+M bundle I got when I built my first PC. Picked up an Apex M750TKL, RIval 310, and an Arcits 5 and have never looked back

ultimately i think the answer is "depends on the mod reading it" since there's a lot of ways to read and interpret something. there are certainly ways to be nice while disagreeing with someone, and on the other side there are ways to come off mean when just trying to chat or be helpful.

if you think there's something slipping by or just generally a concern about someone in particular, i'd recommend chatting with a mod privately.

I'd say it mainly comes down to personal preference. Some people prefer the smaller size, others don't. You have two options for actuation with Apex 9. It doesn't do adjustable like the Pro line does but it has swapable switches (to other SteelSeries switches)
