hi guys, so basically i have these 2 products. the speakers connected to the soundcard via the green jack slot and the headphones VIA DAC with the usb. my issue is that i get in the headphones huge static storm on some games/using discord. some of what i could gather was that the mic was the issue, even tho the sound came in the headphones so i'm not sure how is that connected, but anyhow, i switched all kind of things for the mic, i had the mic gain set to high(by mistake) and fixed that, but it didnt fix the static storm issue.

My Arctis Nova 5p mic is always extremely quiet when I turn it on first time in the morning, and it’s always fixed only by turning the headset on and off again. I swapped all the switches on my Apex 7 TKL from red to KTT Strawberry switches. I also added sound deadening and stuff inside it so it sound good now. It was alot of soldering but it was worth it. Wish i swapped out the springs to a bit heavier.
To bad i cant save my color profile on the board anymore after the "critical" update.

The charging connection is different than the wired connection

To get the higher audio quality, you need to connect the headphones to the base station via the included 3.5mm audio cable

However, you cannot use ANC while connected wired

For the first time in my life, I decided to save some money and buy from a lesser-known store instead of a big one. In the end, I ran into this issue, and I didn’t even realize that these headphones have such a common defect. Now I can't return them because I damaged the small box inside, scratched it, you could say. Plus, they were very reluctant to respond to me. So, I wrote to the government consumer protection organization, and they replied with a very suspicious answer, citing the war and so on.

In the end, I decided to write officially to the manufacturer, Steelseries, and they responded that according to their policy, they don't accept returns or exchanges. Now I feel like a complete fool, and it’s a very unpleasant feeling when you think you bought an emotion, but it turned out like this.

I think that store might be involved in smuggling from Poland, which is why they don't want to do anything.

Heya, so I have been having a Problem with steelseries sonar for like a year or so, I stopped using sonar because of the problem, but I wanted to try it out again, the problem is that, every time I boot up my pc, my headset (razer kraken) keeps disconnecting and reconnecting every like 30 seconds - 1 minute, one way to fix it is for me to unplug my headphones from my pc and plug it back in, it fixed it until i reboot my pc, is there any actual way to permenently fix that? if not, then I guess it's time to permenently stop using sonar
