I had my aerox 5 for about a year now and there has been no problems up until last night. I was gonna use my mouse but then the cursor doesn't move. I tried to hard reset the mouse, I reset its drivers, and I plugged it into different devices but still wont work.

The capsule is advertised as 3x bigger but we aren't given any examples of what they are comparing it to. The closest one is a blue yeti from 2009, and that is only the surface area. We are also told that 3x the size of the capsule, 3x the quality of sound, and, if you know anything about audio then you know that just isn't true.

All you will get from a bigger capsule is a bassier sound

That is anothing thing with the mixer. The dial should have been configurable to whatever you would like it to be. And the gain should be separate from sidetone.

bluetooth isn't really great for gaming audio. it has limited bandwith and a long delay. it's fine if you're just using it to chat with friends on discord or listen to music, but overall you should always try to use the base station/dongle since that uses a different wireless connection that's higher quality/lower latency

the volume is all correct yeah? the bluetooth on the headset doesn't use the volume controls on the unit so you'd need to turn it down on your PC/Phone

plus, if the mic is active for bluetooth, the quality drops even more and the audio goes to mono

Hello, I have a question about sonar.
It absolutely does not work for me (even after reinstallation) I have set the program so that

Voice /Discord = set to sonar chat
Game = set to sonar game
Media = set to sonar game
Aux = on sonar game

As soon as I enter a Discord call, I can no longer listen to music or series and youtube etc gamesound is also gone.
As soon as I change it, I can no longer hear discord calls but music.... and other...

I don't understand the error or what I'm doing wrong.
In Discord the audio output is set to sonar chat

I use an Astro a 50 headset if that helps.
Windows is windows11 home version (Bearbeitet)
it always used to work...

btw one more suggestion about the BT is to make sure your PC is up to date. bluetooth driver updates sometimes get pushed through windows update. you might need to go into the update menu and go to "optional" updates to find them

alternatively you can find the latest driver directly from the manufacturer website. if you have BT built in then the driver would probably be on the motherboard manufacturer's website

when i put in the new batteries it doesnt really work. The charge percent is off on the engine section of sonar and doesnt show. When I connect thru USB-C it is SUPER IFFY

like incredably iffy like either the battery starts working again, or it doesnt, or it just makes the disconnecting noise 1000 times

if this is for chat then i would suggest where the red triangle is to drop it down and select something else then reselect the arctis and it shoulkd rectify the problem

Hello everyone.

I have a very specific question and wonder if someone is here with the very specific answer.

Recently i started to mess around with the sonar settings and the headphones i have are the dt770 pro 80 ohm and i am trying to find the best overall EQ settings for this headphones.

I´ve found some pdf but i am a normal dude who has no clue on how to set up an equalizer propperly.

My headset is actually fucked, like I used it yesterday while playing and it would just randomly cut the noise from the game, and even worse when I'm in a discord call all sound just stops and enables for a milisecond before it just goes back to being fucked, and it only happened when I used the headset.
