and for my headset it's that the leds do not work

the presets also work on the xbox version

they are absolutely great. I don't know how they do it but every preset represents the vibe of a game pretty damn good or enhances footsteps for competetive games listed

I also got the nova 5 which has the same presets. The game buds have a more vivid and direct sound but obviosly the soundstage and immersion is better on a over ear headset

well, if you're paying money for a keyboard id hope its good quality.
comparing keyboards like the wooting60/80he to something like the mad68 for example there is a clear winner in quality.
same goes for keyboards like basically any steelseries keyboard compared to something like the Keychron V-Max or Q series

comparing keyboards like the Bridge75 to the SK75 though, theres not much point. theyre basically identical and the reason you choose one over the other is what ones cheaper, or what one you like the look of more.

Anyone else have constant issues with their nova pro wireless?

Once I turn it on, it’s sitting there trying to connect, but not connecting. It will eventually connect after like 20 minutes, but the sound is distorted and will only stay connected for about 1-2 mins before it goes back into the connecting loop. This doesn’t happen alllll the time, but it does happen quite often. I’m pretty upset because this is the most expensive headset I have ever bought, and so far the shittiest.

my right mouse click on my prime + was since the beginning, really weird and is still really weird. I have the Rival 3 too and like that better. But my main mouse is the Rival 600 but it has a bug where the mouse stops moving completely often. :( I have to plug it out and back in then. So annoying. already messed with the drivers and such but no. Also tried on other pcs nope. It is also a mouse issue.

now my RGB mousepad is dying too. the rgb stopped working all around.

On my apex pro, one of the magnets came loose how is that even possible... i had to put it on with glue again. Also one time my arctis pro fell apart. It luckily got replaced b steelseries butcome on... for such a high price point i expect better quality. its not even like the stuff is old it is not

Looking for assistance 😦 spent 120 bucks on this headset, i have the Arctis Nova 5 (for PC) and everyone always complains on discord that im quite. Testing on discord reveals that the microphohe is dismally quite, and damn near useless.

Try right clicking your audio icon in the system tray (if you’re using windows) and select System Sounds

Then go to recording > your headset mic

Go to the levels tab and check what it’s at

having it set to 100(or max, i should say), unfortunately yields the same result. Ive made sure to turn off noise reductions, where i can, so im abit at a loss. Is this common with SS headphones, perhaps?

I don’t have much experience with Steelseries headset mics, but this does sound like either a software problem or a slightly damaged mic

You might want to also check your discord voice and video settings to check if any of the mic volume levels are low

Has anyone had an issue with their Arctis Pro Wireless, that when batteries die in the headset, the charging base will show the battery full charged?
I'm now just going back and forth every 5 minutes with a "fully charged battery" that dies within 30 seconds.
