I wouldn't know. It depends on your location, the warehouse it comes from, how busy they are. They usually process right away. So, just keep an eye on your tracking email. It will let you know once it ships and estimated delivery date

I've had my SteelSeries Wireless Pro's for quite some time now
I'm on windows 11
Lately I've been experiencing some insane delay in audio, across everything (games, videos, etc.), I'm talking seconds
It helps if I disconnect the hub, turn off the headphones, reconnect the hub and turn on the headphones
But the the delay sets in again after a while
Is there any fix to this, I cant find anything anywhere?

Hey all. Is my entire life a lie? Probably, however when its comes to optical audio nothing 'was ever going to better' yet usb 2.0 is the only method for my PC to have audio with my steelseries 9 arena. Why?

Also a side rant, Audio is the hardest thing to make smaller thats why we run lossless, so the audio from games is a large portion of the files, yet we cant use a faster (arguably better) connection (Optical vs USB 2.0) even if it is 3.0 not 2.0 its still not Optical speeds (or USBC for that matter.) Any other audio/sound bar uses optical...

I understand needing the USB 2/3 for communicating with the PC and the software, sure great! awesome gold star!! so add a few more lines of code to you 100+ awards winning Steelseries products and allow the audio to be accepted from any input and allow us to choose that input... inside the video game I can choose my bluetooth speaker, my bluetooth ipods, my steelseries headset, or my arena speakers. However I can't choose the input to my arena speakers on the physical pod, or on the software. It HAS to be USB, or the audio and/or engine doesnt work..... but let me walk over to my Playstation and ... oh look optical works. Seems like an oversight/stepbackward/ or (honestly) "too hard, too much time"

I had ear pain on my side, which is why I bought the special ear pads from that famous WC brand. They're incredible, but they're so thick that the noise cancellation doesn't work as well as the standard ones. But I don't care because comfort is my top priority. And when I say they got us, I'm talking about version 1 and the plastic rim that sticks out, as it's an undeniable flaw for the ears. The fact that it touched my ear caused unbearable pain. I couldn't wear this headset for more than 20-30 minutes... My headset is 2 years old now!

There’s also an issue with Bluetooth and the high-pitched static noise it generates every time a sound plays, regardless of whether it’s on Android or Apple. However, on Windows with Bluetooth, it’s just a continuous hum, so no problem there. Weird… I tested it on an iPhone 13 Pro, 15 Pro Max, Samsung S23 Plus, and Z Flip 6, and the static noise is always present every time I play a sound. So if I go on an app like Facebook and scroll through videos, I’ll let you imagine the horror every time it switches from one video to another lol ^^

Anyway, I came from a Logitech G Pro X headset that didn’t have Bluetooth, so I’ve never really used the Bluetooth on this SteelSeries. Plus, swapping the batteries is an absolute game-changer ^^ I never have to connect any cables, and my headset has been set to "no standby" mode for 2 years, so it’s always on and only gets turned off after my sessions or work are done. The batteries hold up really well.

I just bought the Arctis Nova 1 Headset, replacing my old Siberia v2 and I have SERIOUS ISSUES with the sound quality of the new headset

The sound in general, seems to be very dull, no real depth to it and the biggest problem is that anything that isnt in the red lines (see screenshot) - I cant hear at all, it just cancels out any of the audio from there, which is a major issue for locating where gameplay is coming from.
