Hi, has anyone been able to fix their aerox 5 wireless mouse? I turned on my PC yesterday and my mouse just stopped working. It only blinks. I just discovered something that helped me a lot related to the device backup switch feature. I've been struggling with it not remembering my preferences and putting "excluded devices" back into the active list, and generally not working right. I found the issue. In the backup device switch settings there's a filter for "Only Active Devices" . So there were a bunch of devices there including a bunch of Nvidia virtual devices that weren't active so they weren't showing up. However, once I changed the filter to "All devices" I could see that many were still in my playback devices list. So while the filter is set to All Devices, drag anything you dont' want over to "excluded devices", then you can set your filter back to only showing active devices. The feature has worked flawlessly for me since doing this.

The problem is that perfect software doesn't exist. There will always be someone who gets the short end of the stick and experience issues

Their goal is obviously alwasy to make the amount of people having issues as small as possible
