You put the USB-A adapter on the dongle for the headset. Make sure it is in Xbox mode. Then, connect the headset to the dongle. Next, download the SteelSeries app on your phone, connect to it, and pick an EQ preset.

Anyone else has this issue, when I use my Rival 600 mouse, the curosr always stops working. I reset the mouse i reset steelseries engine, does not matter what i do. i reset my entire pc even. i tried plugging into another usb port. nothing. i uninstalled the mouse driver and such... nothing helps. i tried the stuff steelseries recommends does not work as well. the mouse used to work like normal up until a few months ago. i dont know what is causing this at all it drives me crazy. i have 2 other steelseries mice but i like the rival 600 the most. :c rip

There are many Headsets with good quality. But the price you are willing to pay for that is the concern here. Obviously the more advanced headsets tend to cost a little more, but you can also find quality once that are no as expensive. I recommend looking at a website like RTINGS they go in depth about headsets.

SteelSeries Sonar has “Device Fallback” that will automatically switch the outputs on Sonar.

Fallback can be triggered when a device is unavailable (such as when booting your PC or unplugging a device), or it can switch outputs if it detects if a Nova headset is turned off, and automatically switch to speakers.

This fallback functionality can be adjusted or turned off by going into the settings in GG. You can find it under Settings > Sonar > Backup Device Switch.

You can also adjust the order in which devices fall back to. This can be adjusted in the same options menu. Simply scroll down to see the full list of devices.

3 main issues i come across on a frequent basis

• chatmix will stop working, you can turn the dial, however it wont actually do anything, even if its all the way to 1 side

• volume bugs, sometimes the volume will just go hella quiet, even if volume boost is all the way to the top

• source output, the software will just completely bug out and change your output, with no way of changing it back as it'll just disappear from the dropdown

Hiiiii...again.... So im googling around and seeing someone talking on reddit about him having a different update version then his friend who has the playstation version of nova pro wireless. What im seeing now is that in " About " it say... MCU: 0 1. 29. 27 DSP 00.03. 82 and here comes the difference from me who also has the Playstation version... Headset : 00.00.00 Bluetooth 00.00.00... Hi all, I am issues with my SteelSeries Arctis 9s not wanting to connect to my PC. Everything is plugged and was working fine yesterday. I have not had this issue before, I am wondering if anyone maybe has any suggestions on what to do. I have had them plugged in and not, put a pin in the reset under the right ear muff, even tried re pariing them to my Dongle but it says "Pairing Failed". maybe its a presets try clicking the steelseries key + F9 or F10 or F11 or F12 to change the preset

or you can go in the gg app -> Engine -> Prism -> then change it for what you want

i dont understand why audio isnt picked up when i clip things from my game. I use medal. Even when i clip convos on discord it does not pick up audio. And i have to constantly change the input and output so my friends can hear me. It never stays the same, and im having the same issue on valorant too. How can i please fix this. Its very frustrating.
