my keyboard rgb would black out after 2-6 hours and if im using prism the animation would freeze instead of the rgb blacking out

I will never complain about a ping when it's part of an active conversation, it's more getting a random reply to something unrelated asking for help.
But I do believe that's by design. You can use keyboard shortcuts to change volume levels in Sonar

it happens to me if Im on 4.15.7 or later. If I have prism on the animation will freeze around 2-6 hours, if prism isnt being used the rgb will just shot off in 2-6 hours, switching configs temporarily fixes it, same with repluging it.

i have my arctis nova pro connected via bluetooth, and don't have my dac. i have steelseries GG installed, but after connecting via bluetooth, the sound quality is horrible. it sounds mono, and like im using cheap airplane earphones. When I turn it off and turn it back on, it sounds great for about 1 second, then goes to low quality again
