Go to steelseries sonar and make sure your mic is setup correcty. Also talk into it to make sure its being picked up. From there I saw something where you can try updating everything and try again, but anything past that I have no idea. I hope it helped

1. the arctis 3 was not removed from engine, you can still access it if you have it registered to your account

2. they don't include registration codes anymore since all the features from engine are now in sonar for all headsets

3. the arctis 3 is an analog headset, there's nothing to update in the first place

All drivers and firmware are up to date

I've had this device for 6 months and I can't get it to work

It will work if I just select "Headphones Artic 7" in Windows volume options
