i went to bed last night and when i woke up the Arctis was out of battery for the first time, wouldn't turn on, but was flashing green whenever i'd attempt to turn on - I plug it in and it turns red and won't turn on even when plugged in. still won't turn on 20 minutes later, still blinking red while charging

aren't these things supposed to turn off of their own accord after a certain amount of time?

also shouldn't these things be able to power on when being provided with direct power

correct me if im wrong, but youre asking about using the maxwell wireless to game, and using the bluetooth to wirelessly your phone. afaik, you cannot use both wireless connectivity options on the maxwell at once.
if you use a wired choice for your gaming instead of wireless, you're able to use bluetooth for your phone

personally i would suggest using them wired

for headsets, theyre end game.

compare them to other good headsets like the cloud 2, game one or mh751 you are very likely to notice the difference

Can someone explain this to me like I'm 5? I bought the Nova Pro, have the app, enabled the thing in audio settings, and I still get no audio whatsoever. I would generally consider myself tech savvy, but I am literally at a loss right now. I just spent $250 on this and I'm seeing feedback, as though audio IS playing, but it's not actually playing in my ears.

Even the test option in the audio settings do not provide sound.

when your computer is off its still receiving power. your motherboard will supply power to some USB ports and this is why your station is still on when your pc is off. you can stop this by looking for ERP/EUP in BIOS and enabling it.

Hey all, I had a question pertaining to battery charge on the Arctis Nova Pro headset. 1 battery when I plug into the base station shows it’s charging, but it’s stuck at 25% and doesn’t seem to increase. The other, the base station doesn’t seem to read whatsoever, and I’m not sure if it’s charging at all via the usb-c charging method directly into the headset. I bought this headset brand new so wondering what solutions there are. Google isn’t helping much.

Update: the one I said that didn’t seem to be increasing JUST updated from 25% to 37% in the software. I’ll keep updated on the other battery that doesn’t seem to want to read at all. I’m wondering if it’s been on the shelf awhile and batteries completely drained..?

I use the cooling gel ones. they definitely give some more room in the ear, and i didn't notice any sound difference when swapping them out. I think ANC on the wireless acts odd with the different cushions but I keep ANC off so it's fine. also i never noticed them "cooling", since i never felt warm with either the stock cushions or the wicked ones

I am not even super familiar with the anc or headset in general. I got them to pair with my new Beacn mic because I heard they worked great (they seem to so far aside from some comfort issues) and allowed for mic monitoring wirelessly. I am trying to find other people with the same pair setup so I can ask questions about their experience lol

I have an older model arctis 7. I plug my speakers in to the wireless connector and then when i turn on my headset the sound automatically goes to my headset. When i turn it off, it's back to the speakers.

Is there any way to do this with the arena 7 speakers? I would be willing to get another headset if needed.

update: I hardware reseted the headphone using a pin , the hole for Nova 7x is on the cup without the mic (also there's one with the other earcup but idk what's the difference, for this the earcup without the mic should be fine) and hold it for 3 sec then I used the pair button and it turned on!

tip: when you use the pin make sure its fully in , regular iphone sim pin did not work for me so I had to use a needle and when you press it there's this very small tactile feel (not a big click)
