Prob just the wrong thing set to default for your audio channel if you are using windows.

There’s a thing you can do on sonar I think that fixes this too if you are using that.

Not that I know of but I believe there's an AHK script that can capture the volume wheel and use it to trigger keyboard shortcuts so that you can use it to adjust any channel in Sonar

why does my arctis nova pro wireless microphone keep failing to be recognized on my pc. I am using sonar on Call of duty and I am now having to constantly disconnect and restart, sometimes multiple times, to get my microphone to work

You are using the transmitter/charger to connect the headset to the PC right?

Try a different usb port on the transmitter (unless you have the Xbox compatible version then make sure to not use the Xbox usb port). You can also try a different cable and a different port on your PC.

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the sonar software, because when I have the game and music turned on, which are set as separate sources in the application, when I change the volume on one of these sources, the volume changes on both sources, even though the volume bar changes only on one. Well, I threw the mod into a curseforge modpack-- I even started a new modpack profile in 1.21.1 and I downloaded the GameSenseMod v1.15.1 for forge, and.. it's not changing the lighting in my keyboard at all. Not even a blip or a change at all.

Right out of the box I saw it needed to update and did it, which was before I had hooked it up to my laptop.

The first time I used it, I followed the instructions, which involved the technic launcher, which I'm no longer using during the current test.
The technic launcher is so behind that the latest version of minecraft modpacks available on it with gamesense installed, is 1.11

So that's why I'm using curseforge this time. That's all that I did different.

Everything is up to date though. Minecraft, curseforge, steel series and the firmware on the keyboard.

Oh, I fixed my issue, one of my HDDs died, and I think it was looking for the drive letter, assigned a newly installed drive to that letter, problem seems to have gone away, good for future reference in a very niche issue

Does anyone know why clips are choppy on playback, and after being exported? I get 240fps in game, audio sounds normal when I watch the video.

I am running Windows 11 and using Steelseries GG and Sonar. I just purchased the headset today

I got the user manual and i been through it, also i have changed the setting in Windows sound to the headset and been on Sonar to be sure it was set to the headset.
Steelseries GG does see the headset along with my Keybord and mouse, but there is no sound

then replug headset using a diff usb port

then test just in windows if it works then turn sonar back on
