its just that my 650 doesnt have the enter key on the 3rd button on the side

it didnt copy that to the new mouse everything else is irrelevant basically

Had a question about the Aerox 9. I love a good MMO mouse, and one issue I have is a heavy hand. I have bought some of your competeors and i keep pressing the wrong buttons while gaming. if whatever game you are playing has the option to output voice chat to a separate input, then yes, you can set it to output to the Chat device so you can mix it

but in most cases, the ingame chat audio goes to the same output as the regular game audio, so you can't mix it

I doubt it, plus I already looked and have it all disabled, this happens even if Im not playing a game, it happened faster when I was playing Helldivers 2 today but I'm not sure if its because of the game. Could be video driver related but it still happens even with prism disabled and with it just running on the keyboards own profiles.

I only had it for just over a year and I never physically abused it or spilled water on it, All the keys work fine but I like to use Screen reflect so its annoying when this issue happens.

I sent another support ticket since all they said was "The devs are looking into this issue" like over a month ago so I doubt it.

I prob cant get warranty since its been over a year now. I expected this keyboard to do good for a solid 3 years or more.

Yeah I remember my GameDac doing that, turn the knob slightly and the volume has a spasm either up or down, It got so bad one time that when I slowly turned the knob down it spiked to full volume 😭

It hurt my ears so bad and I got really fed up and contacted support

Lemme give you a rundown.

From a laptop keyboard to this WOW great feel. Takes time to get used to.

Pros: lil OLED screen, per-key RGB is bright and responsive, keys also respond fast in games if you care about that. Saves memory profiles on board and has a settings menu.

Cons: it's kinda bulky both in width and height. The pop-up feet seem ultra high to me lol the wrist rest is sub par but works.

I also use a 3rd party plugin (Gamesense Essentials) to show a clock and/or current Spotify song. That media button is great. I'd be happy to send photos/videos for ya!

That's why I chose steelseries. I went all lower end and besides the mouse everything has been great. Apex 5 shouldn't give you problems and their software while kinda bulky Sonar is good for normal headsets too

I bought the steelseries nova pro, and from the first day I bought, my left ear and right ear feels very different, and it annoys me. my left ear feels like sound canceling headphone, but myu right ear feels like normal headphone. does anyone have the same issue? I have the arctic 7+ and had this happen to me once in several years and just hit the reset button with a paper clip that is under the foam I think on the right ear side.

I had a similar issue but reinstalling gg doesn’t solve my problem, it all started after a firmware update. Support seems to think it ain’t fixable and that’s it’s defective so they are having me destroy this apex pro and giving me a new one after.

But basically what happened with mine is after 1-5 hours the rgb animation if using prism would just stop and if prism is off the rgb would just turn off unless you switch configs, unplugging and plugging back in the keyboard fixes the issue for another few hours

It’s always related to sonar, this is why I don’t bother using sonar because driver updates and some windows updates can change the sound outputs on their own.

I had to disable nvidias sound driver in device manager to stop it from doing that to my arctis pro gamedac outputs when I update the driver.

SteelSeries Sonar has “Device Fallback” that will automatically switch the outputs on Sonar.

Fallback can be triggered when a device is unavailable (such as when booting your PC or unplugging a device), or it can switch outputs if it detects if a Nova headset is turned off, and automatically switch to speakers.

This fallback functionality can be adjusted or turned off by going into the settings in GG. You can find it under Settings > Sonar > Backup Device Switch.

You can also adjust the order in which devices fall back to. This can be adjusted in the same options menu. Simply scroll down to see the full list of devices.
