SteelSeries Sonar has “Device Fallback” that will automatically switch the outputs on Sonar.
Fallback can be triggered when a device is unavailable (such as when booting your PC or unplugging a device), or it can switch outputs if it detects if a Nova headset is turned off, and automatically switch to speakers.
This fallback functionality can be adjusted or turned off by going into the settings in GG. You can find it under Settings > Sonar > Backup Device Switch.
You can also adjust the order in which devices fall back to. This can be adjusted in the same options menu. Simply scroll down to see the full list of devices.

Hi, I have a problem with gg. Before purchasing the headset, I was using nahimic audio software. When I download Steelseriesgg, nahimic disables itself, then I make my settings from gg, but Discord perceives all the sounds on my computer as my voice and reflects them, it gets fixed when I install the nahimic software, but if I install it, this time I have to uninstall gg, but there are too many settings in gg. and these settings are very useful when playing games.

That's most likely a Windows thing. The routing in Sonar is just a GUI for Windows

In order for apps to output to the other devices in Sonar, you'll need to route the apps to the specified device. Routing can be done in one of two ways:

Use the routing drag and drop interface underneath the audio outputs to simply move any apps playing sounds to the required output

Open the Windows sound device by going to Settings > Sound > App Volume and Device Preferences. From this settings menu you can use the dropdown to route any app.
If you are having issues with routing not working or apps moving back to another device after dragging them, you may need to check the app itself for any sound output settings. Some apps like Discord, Spotify, and Apple Music may need to have their outputs changed within their app settings rather than done through Sonar.
