@final shuttle Make sure your nob above volume wheel isn't on mic mute? Also check that the mic is properly plugged into the headset.. Saw that you can remove it if you like. And as I said to Frosty try switch the USB port if possible

And so, I lowered the two bars on mic in the sonar all the way down

And I asked if anyone can hear echo

And someone said no

So, about 4 hours of streaming, I went back to play it again and the moment I made the adjustment, my mic was completely off

i have that headset. there's an indicator on the box that tells you when a battery is fully charged. it has two batteries you can change between, and the other battery will always be charged before the one you're using runs out of power.

never timed it, but, about 2 hours maybe? possibly less, its fast.

when the battery is charged, you can lift it up a little bit, and let it pop out , so it sits there, not connected, and it'll be ready for you when you need it

Anyone have issues with steel series cutting in and out every 5 seconds for like 5 minutes.. then working? I always thought it was COD but when sound came through my monitor - it worked seamlessly, when I switched to GG, it started again. unfortunately it was a rolling change so there's not a 100% reliable way to know for sure without opening the box. but the change was made sometime late 2023 so if you check the manufacturing date on the box and if it's later then there's a good chance it has the new updates.

Sonar is intended to be used for both the audio in and out. You could always disable the individual Sonar outputs through device manager though

Pretty sure it's a bug in the newest GG build because the same thing happens on my original Apex Pro TKL. Most of the time when it tries switching profiles/botting up the PC the lights turn off and I gotta replug it

Hmm then yeah sounds like you're having a different problem. In that case the Apex Pro issue is probably with the last firmware update and not GG itself. Hard to tell though since they push GG and firmware updates at the same time usually

the only way i found to temporarily fix this is by either uninstalling and then reinstalling gg or restarting my pc
